Welcome to Poipu Sands 126, a top-floor, two-story 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with beautiful ocean views on Kauaʻi’s sunny South Shore. Set within the landscaped Poipu Kai Resort community, this inviting retreat is a short walk from Shipwreck Beach and next to the Grand Hyatt’s dining and shopping.

Enjoy morning coffee on either of your two private ocean-view lanais, follow scenic resort paths, or spend a relaxing afternoon by the pool.

KITCHEN & CONVENIENCES

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size stainless-steel refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, and tableware.

A starter supply of coffee, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, dish soap, a sponge, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags is provided to help you settle in.

RESORT & LOCATION

Enjoy access to the Poipu Kai Resort pool and spa, BBQ grills, and scenic walking paths connecting to Brennecke’s and Poipu Beach. The Poipu Kai Tennis Club is also nearby; court fees and reservation requirements may apply.

ITEMS TO NOTE

• One flight of stairs leads to the condo, and additional interior stairs lead to the primary suite. There is no elevator.
• Cooling is provided by portable AC units in the living room and both bedrooms.
• There is no front desk on the property. Check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.

ISLAND LIVING & TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT

Kauaʻi is known as the “Garden Isle” for its lush tropical landscape, which is also home to geckos and a variety of insects. Even with regular professional cleaning and pest-control treatments, guests may occasionally encounter ants, mosquitoes, roaches, or other tropical insects during their stay.

Many classic Hawaiian properties feature jalousie (louvered) windows designed to welcome trade winds and natural airflow. These windows may allow more outside sound and airflow than fully sealed windows.

We take great care in maintaining and cleaning our properties. Occasional encounters with tropical wildlife are a natural part of island living. Keeping doors and screens closed and storing food securely can help minimize them.
