Welcome to BlueTideVillas!

This is a VERY spacious (1650+ square feet), top floor (2nd & 3rd), corner Penthouse, 3BR/3BA with two private lanai's to sit on and enjoy your favorite tropical drink. This is one of the most demanded units in all of Poipu due to its central air conditioning and its prime location! This unit also has the BEST location in the regency complex and sits on the coveted greenbelt leaving just a few minute walk between you and the beach! The condominium is located in the upscale Regency Resort located in the heart of Poipu.

Poipu Beach is Kauai's most desirable area and was recently rated the #1 beach in all of America. My unit is among one of the biggest condominiums you'll find in Poipu! The unit's size and internal layout provide spacious comfort for as many as 8, (additional space for small children) but can also work well and is priced perfectly for smaller groups.

My condo recently had a major remodel including two new showers with the primary bathroom being a custom walk in, new granite kitchen and bathroom counters, new fixtures, updating the kitchen, and buying all new furnishings and household items. New tile flooring and carpet spans throughout the entire unit and it looks amazing. With freshly painted walls, each room now offers a custom feel. It's truly an amazing place to stay!

The condo is also professionally decorated by an island expert! We recently purchased all new upscale, high-end teak furniture, 3 new mattresses with the king and queen being memory foam, a new 55" TV, new kitchen supplies, beach toys, artwork, and decorations. With the new furniture and remodel, this unit feels brand new.

The floor plan is well laid out with the kitchen and two bedrooms on one floor and the third bedroom, with a queen bed and bathroom on the second floor for optimal privacy. High-speed wireless internet is available at no additional cost to stay connected should you choose to. Extra sleeping on the brand new pullout queen-size couch, air mattress or roll-away folding bed.

All beach stuff included! Chairs, coolers, boogie boards... we have it all!

From the condo, you're only steps away from the impeccably maintained grounds, pool, spa, barbecue, and other entertainment areas.
The Regency resort is in the center of the Poipu golf world and is within walking distance from Poipu Bay (former site of the Grand Slam). The Regency offers multiple pools and spas, tennis courts, gas/electric BBQ Grill along with 24 hour security patrol for peace of mind.

From the green belt, you're just a few minute walk to three top-rated sandy beaches that provide sunbathing and surfing (Shipwreck Beach, Poipu Beach, and Brennecke's Beach). Poipu Beach is a top destination for toddlers & children because of its extremely calm and shallow water. This also makes it a top destination for snorkelers.

I have just returned from an unforgettable 10-day getaway in Kauai! The spacious condo comfortably accommodated six adults and was ideally located just a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. We took full advantage of the sunny weather with all the provided beach essentials, including chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cooler. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Additionally, our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Walk to the most beautiful beaches!

We loved our stay at Regency. The condo was in an amazing location! It is just a short walk to 3 beautiful beaches and one of the most scenic hikes on the island. The condo is huge. It had everything we needed for grilling, beaching and laundry. Some of the beach equipment could use updated but we considered having it a bonus. We couldn’t have had a better home base! Mike answered every question we had quickly.

Great location and decent condo

We very much enjoyed our stay and your beautiful island. I will start with the positives: The condo was in a beautiful location, easy walking distance to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were very clean. We appreciated the boogie boards, chairs and wagon to take everything to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was large enough to accommodate our group. AC and washer and dryer were a great convenience. There were a few things to be improved: one of the bathrooms did not have a door and only had a shower curtain in the opening. This was not shown in the images although we made it work. There is also not a large table on a lanai. This was pictured but not in the unit. We were disappointed in this as this was something we specifically looked for so that we could dine on the lanai. We also found a dead cockroach/waterbug under the sink in the bathroom on our last day there. We would have reported this although were were leaving the next morning. The bathrooms are dated with some mildew and could use some updating. All in all, we had a very pleasant time and would return.

Second stay

This was our second stay and had just as great of an experience as the first time. Condo has a great layout and is well stocked. We put the beach gear to good use as we did the 10 minute walk to the beach at least daily. The pool is also right around the corner. The location really cannot be beat. Also love that the condo is stocked with a pack n’ play and stroller - made life so much easier! We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Surrey, the property manager, was very responsive and accommodating. There were clear instructions pertaining to check in, recommendations for during our stay and check out. We picked this location for the proximity to the beach, and it is an easy walk. Just returned from a perfect five days at the Regency 421. Felt like every need for my family and me was taken care of from the baby amenities (pack and play) to the beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, coolers). Mike was extremely responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect with plenty of pools and very easy beach access. I was highly surprised with how roomy the space felt with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great Trip To Kauai

The property with its spacious rooms, loft, and amenities provided our family of 5 with all we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better, more centralized, location to see all of the sights on the island from Waimea Canyon, to Koloa Rum, to Sleeping Giant and Hanalei. The condo is within walking distance from beautiful Brennecke and Poipu Beach where we saw countless turtles! It is also just down the road from the beautiful Poipu Bay golf course, which is a must-play for any golfers in the group. One of our favorite things to do was make the short drive to Koloa Town for good food and shopping. The resort area itself is quiet and provides great access to hike the magnificent Poipu Cliffs and Mahaulepu Heritage Trail. The condo is well-equipped with boogie boards, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and other useful items. A great experience all around!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is spacious. Nice grounds, short walk to Poipu. The condo bedrooms were warm when we arrived. We texted about it and got a fast response and good communication from the manager. Just needed to wait for the AC to catch up. After that first day we were comfortable, but note this is not the place for you if you like to keep your bedrooms cold.
