'Unfortunately, our experience at this villa wasn’t great. Within 30 minutes of arriving, the kitchen and laundry area completely flooded because the washing machine drain hose wasn’t connected. We spent a long time cleaning up water and wringing out towels. Even after reconnecting it, the washer still leaked. The air conditioner in the back bedroom also didn’t work at all.The host apologized and said he was sick that evening, then later confirmed he’d send a technician — but by then, our short...

10/10 Voortreffelijk
koh Yao Yai Village is the perfect place to unwind. Everything breathes relaxation (the staff, the rooms, the surroundings). Rooms are very spacious and clean, with giant comfortable beds. The pool has a beautiful view on the sea and was never crowded. Food in the restaurant is great, though a bit pricier than food elsewhere in Thailand.
Only complaints: wifi is very, very slow and the hot water in the showers runs out rather quickly.
