Vakantie en citytrip naar Kiwengwa Pongwe-bos

Vriendelijk onthaal bij het inchecken en vlotte medewerking van het personeel om de bagage naar onze kamer te brengen.

The hospitality here was truly exceptional and the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their warmth made a great trip even more unforgettable!, An incredible experience with top-tier hosting We cannot recommend them enough!, Thank you Alex, I’ll definitely be coming back

Our stay at Diamonds Mapenzi Beach had several positive aspects. The location is good, the pool area is nice, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. That said, there are a few points worth being aware of. The rooms appear more worn in reality than the pictures suggest, which detracts from the overall impression. In addition, the food unfortunately falls below expectations. Considering the price, the culinary experience could have been significantly better. This becomes particularly noticeable when compared to similar hotels in destinations such as the Seychelles or Cape Verde, where the food standard is often higher within the same price range. It is also worth mentioning that the Hotels.com Gold benefits (Early/Late checkout, Upgrade) do not seem to apply here (even when listed on confirmatio). However, this appears to be more an issue with Hotels.com rather than the hotel itself. Overall, a perfectly acceptable place to stay, but somewhat overpriced for the experience it offers.

This property is underrepresented , it’s a well balanced blend of nature and contemporary living , with private pods you could confuse for a mini yatch, the lounges , swimming pools , live entertainment, excursions and yet most important is the most courteous staff , where anything with a possibly of discomfort is met with gentle and expedited resolution that you even forget it happened. The distance from the airport is eclipsed by the shuttle service and revelation of this serene and beautifully enclave harmonised with nature as it opens to the ocean with a clean beach. This is as my wife’s birthday and milestone which she celebrated in a special way that leaves an unforgettable experience. Its price point , amenities and experience is worth more than the listed rate. I would highly recommend it for individuals looking for a Zane time off , couples taking leave of the hustle ,groups . It’s one of the very few places with capacity to meet a diversity of needs. Looking forward to another holiday.
