La maison a deux niveaux qui ne se connectent que par des portes extérieures (pas d'escalier intérieur)

"Unwind" est le thĂšme de cette incroyable maison de front de mer sur les rives du Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. DotĂ© de 21 miles de rivage, de niveau constant de lac, et de Texas Hill Country, l'emplacement est parfait pour la pĂȘche, les sports nautiques, les activitĂ©s de plein air ou simplement la dĂ©tente.

Les installations comprennent un salon principal ouvert et chaleureux surplombant la mer avec une cuisine gastronomique, un bar pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner, des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s avec poutres en bois, des tĂ©lĂ©visions HD intelligentes, une chambre principale avec un porche privĂ© et une immense chambre avec lits superposĂ©s pour les enfants. Cette spacieuse maison rĂ©novĂ©e, pouvant accueillir 22 personnes, est le lieu de vacances idĂ©al pour votre famille, vos amis et mĂȘme votre toutou.

Le lot de noix de pĂ©can se pousse doucement vers l'eau et tout ce qui est nĂ©cessaire pour l'amusement aquatique: patios, hangar Ă  bateaux, ascenseur Ă  jet-ski, trois ponts et une vaste cour. DĂ©tendez-vous dans le bain Ă  remous, louez une embarcation, pĂȘchez du quai ou dĂ©tendez-vous tout simplement en regardant le coucher de soleil.

L'étage principal dispose d'une grande cuisine ouverte et de salle à manger avec deux espaces de vie ouverts (avec une TV LED haute définition de 52 "avec Direct TV & Apple TV) et une buanderie, trois chambres et deux salles de bains. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers, du matériel de cuisine et de la vaisselle. La chambre 1 a un lit queen et la chambre 2 et 3 ont tous deux des lits King size. La chambre 1 et 2 partagent une salle de bain commune avec baignoire et douche et la chambre 3 est plus une chambre "Master" avec une télévision et une salle de bain privée avec douche.

L'étage inférieur a été récemment rénové! Nouvelle salle de jeux avec téléviseur haute définition à DEL 52 pouces avec télévision directe et Apple TV, une salle multimédia adjacente, une buanderie (avec lave-linge / sÚche-linge), quatre chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain. La chambre 1 a deux lits jumeaux. Chambre 2 a un lit queen. La chambre 3 est une "chambre à coucher avec 2 lits superposés. Les chambres 1, 2 et 3 partagent une salle de bains commune avec douche. Chambre 4: 2 lits superposés, lits superposés, téléviseur et systÚme de jeu, salle de bain privée avec douche.

Large and comfortable home

Our family of 20 guests had a great time at this property. The home and property were exactly as described. The lake was great for swimming and boating. We can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful Family Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, and 100% would stay there again. Had plenty of room and we were able to enjoy the boat lift and hot tub. We had extra cars and a boat, so we found a public boat ramp in town and stored our extra cars in town as well, so definitely recommend combining into cars. Host and Owner were responsive. Enjoy your stay!

Perfect getaway

Perfect spot for our getaway. Had more than enough space for us. Was nice being so close to the water. Beautiful dock area nice to lift the boat out of the water and perfect for kids to jump in and have a swim. Had a great time looking forward to returning next year!!

Very nice spacious home!

Comfortable bed! Spacious rooms! Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans! TV's were big and theater room was a plus! The whole house had not been dusted in a while. Lots of spider webs and live spiders found. The jacuzzi was dirty when we uncovered it. One of the bottom bedrooms had a fitted sheet that had melted gum or something gooey on it. It was very gross. Two of the controls from the bottom TV's were missing batteries.

Family Vacation

We came to lake LBJ for a family vacation with a group from a range of 1 to 70 years old. We had such a great time, it was a great location, and the sleeping accommodations were perfect! We felt safe having our kiddos there and they were able to roam around freely! We are already looking forward to our trip next year and hope we can book again!

The house is great! The nonstop breeze was amazing & made sitting out, over lake so enjoyable. We were unable to swim in front of house, because wakes from boats & jet skis made the waters too rough, but we had a great stay in spite of that.

We had a wonderful time and the house and property are beautiful. Our only disappointment is that this property adds money for usage of every single amenity. We have been renting houses at LBJ for 9 years and never have we ever had to pay so many extra dollars to use things that are already located at the property.

Great Lake house

We have been going to LBJ for over 10 years now and this house was one of the best we have rented. It was very clean and had lots of space. It also had a double boat lift and that was a win for us.

Great spot on the lake!

We had a very relaxing week at the lake. This house was great for my family with the separate downstairs for my teenager. Great set up for our dog too! There are only a few negatives, but overall we loved it and it has an amazing view!! Despite these issues we would consider staying again: 1. The house was clean but a bit disheveled in a few spots (couch cushions, dishes in cabinets, etc) 2. The hot tub was dirty! Sand everywhere so we did not use it. 3. We were enjoying our stay and asked to stay another night and asked how much would that cost. They said yes and gave us a price we agreed, they charged me and then on our last day they said “oh we forgot to charge you an extra $50 for your dog for the 1 extra day, we’ll just use the card on file” to me if you quoted me a price we agreed and I paid, to come back for $50 wouldn’t be worth it. I would take the loss since it wasn’t the renters fault. Again, not a huge issue just something to consider. 4. They forgot to tell the handyman we were staying an extra day and he showed up. When he saw me through the window he came on in. I explained we had another day and he introduced himself and left. Nice guy!! Just an awkward encounter with him inside the house. This house would be great for a large casual group!

Holiday Getaway

We enjoyed this house immensely! It was very comfortable and well stocked. There was plenty of space for our group of 12 to spread out a bit. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. You can tell that the owners enjoy cooking and entertaining because there were lots of kitchen conveniences and plenty of dish and glass ware. We enjoyed all the entertainments provided. We were slightly apprehensive when we learned, after booking, that the only access between the levels is an exterior staircase, but that did not prove to be an inconvenience at all. We were there in December, so we did not use the boat lift, but the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and jumping in the lake and then warming up in the hot tub. We all enjoyed watching the sunsets from the deck. It was also nice to be close enough to the store and other conveniences to run quickly when we realized we’d forgotten something. Thanks for having such a nice property!

Gorgeous view, space for everyone

Our extended of family of 17 had a blast here! The cousins loved having the downstairs movie room and pool table “to themselves” and the grownups each had their own bedroom. There is a wonderful cabinet in the laundry room with more towels that you can possibly use. The kitchen / dining area had plenty of room for everyone and the hosts were quick to respond to anything we needed. The hot tub was a hit. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful home, wonderful memories created.

From the moment we arrived we enjoyed the peacefulness of this beautiful home on LBJ. We brought our boat and used the boat slip, it was really nice that a gentleman showed up explained the boat slip and different operating tips upon arriving. The host Roxana was extremely communicative and we felt that we could reach out to her through a simple text, she was always available. The home was specials and fit my family, parents, and my sisters and her family. It was a beautiful spot to visit with shopping near by. Thank you for opening your home to us and we through lot loved the memories we created as a family.

Overall great but, water bugs


Overall the property was great to stay at & fit our large group perfectly. The water bugs were an issue & definitely something to look out for. We did have to sort out towels for everyone from the up stairs laundry room which was a surprise since there’s such specific instructions for them upon checkout. The kitchen was great though, as was the back yard & boat dock. We hadn’t been to LBJ before & didn’t realize how narrow it is. So, if you go on a holiday weekend, know that if you’re floating in the lake, it will be more like a wave pool - ha! We still all had fun & ultimately enjoyed our long awaited family reunion.

Family Reunion

We rented this place for our annual Family Reunion. We had enough beds for every one, the layout is perfect The large kitchen was great for cooking for our crew of 19. There are two decks, small and large and gave us lots of room for visiting and watching the yard games and the time in the lake. We also rented a boat for leisure and pulling the tube. So much fun and lots of memories made. Great place!

A Comfy Spot for a Friends’ Reunion

This property is a great spot for a cozy weekend relaxing and catching up with visiting friends. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for cooking big meals, and we all fit at the ample dining table. What a good space for playing games! There was also plenty of space for us all the hang out upstairs together, but the game room and movie area downstairs provided a perfect respite for those who wanted a little quiet time, or when a few folks wanted to watch their own show while others watched a movie upstairs. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. I admit, we were a bit intimidated by the check information, since it listed exact dollar amounts of fees incurred for a whole list of potential damages. It was not that we anticipated causing any damage, but none of us had encountered a rental that listed out the fees that way, so it seemed like the owners might be very strict. We were surprised, then, to find that the house, while clean, was not immaculate. We were very diligent and careful to report any existing issues (e.g stained linens, torn pillow) when we arrived, out of concern that we’d be charged. As it turns out, Roxana didn’t seem strict at all when we communicated after check-in, and was quite gracious. She even sent the handyman over with donuts the next morning to apologize for the fact that the housekeepers had left the house with only one roll of TP for multiple bathrooms. Oh, and she offered to send over TP the evening of our arrival, we just declined, as we’d already sent one of our group to the store for groceries, anyway. We ultimately found our host to be accommodating and gracious, the house to meet our needs. We all enjoyed a fun and comfortable weekend.

Nice property but.....

Enjoyed being on vacation and grateful for this time. However this wasn't what I expected. The property wasnt cleaned as promised. There were bugs in the downstairs unit that looked like water bugs/roaches scurring under the bunkbeds. There was a nasty baby bottle found in the drawers and crumbled cookies in the downstairs bunkbed and the upstairs couch. The blankets on the beds had weird stains and were all rewashed on day 1. The main couch also had pet dander and required us to lay a blanket down prior to sitting. My entire party left with upper respatory issues and resulted in us getting sick. I don't enjoy leaving this review . I just wish the cleaning fee was refunded since we did not walk into a clean home.

pre-Christmas family get-away

we had multi generational family group at this house - so roomy, every bed super comfortable, wonderful views of the water. check in was easy, and kitchen very spacious we hope to come back in the summer with our boat! the deck above boat lift was magnificent!

Excellent location and plenty of room/space for everyone

We stayed at the house for golf tournament on nearby golf courses. Plenty of room and prompt reply/service. The waterfront view was fantastic!
