« Overall very disappointing : -if you come with kids you have to know, as incredible as it is, that the swimming pool is forbidden to kids from Friday to Monday. Kids means below 16. And does not matter if an adult come with them. On weekday pool only open from 11.00am to 7.00 (last entrance 6.30pm). Definitively not a familly hotel !!! A choice I guess.....but not well communicated ! -front desk people are not trained to recognize pre-paid trip. I ve bookes 2 rooms for 3 nights, every paid and...

« I was very pleased with the hotel, located in the pleasant Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham. I stayed for a week. Quiet, clean, tidy, lovely hotel. 18 minutes walk to the centre but I took the tram every day. Unlimited daily passes are very cheap. But above all, Mr. Edu was the main raison that made the whole experience beautiful. He tried to find a solution to every whim of mine in a professional manner. A true gentleman… I send him all my best wishes and I highly recommend the hotel. »
