This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.



Guest Verification with Truvi

To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a third-party guest verification and damage assurance platform. Property Access & Maintenance

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Pet Policy

This property allows one well-behaved and potty-trained dog with a $250 per pet, per week fee. Dog must be up-to-date on flea and tick treatment.



Security Cameras

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.
