Welcome to your relaxing Maui getaway. Our condo is just a short walk to Kamaole III Beach Park, one of South Kihei’s best locations for swimming, snorkeling, and sunsets. Everything you need is within walking distance.



After a day at the beach, unwind on our private ground-floor garden lanai. It offers a peaceful, walled garden area perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or a safe space for children to play.

About the Review Gap

You may notice a gap in our recent reviews. Following the Lahaina fires, we made our condo available through a housing assistance program for a Maui resident displaced by the disaster. As a result, the unit was unavailable as a vacation rental for nearly two years. We are now excited to welcome guests back.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo and all resort amenities. Upon arrival, please register at the front desk for your parking pass. Free covered parking and self check-in are included.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in the picturesque South Maui, the Kamaole Sands resort occupies a prime location close to the finest beaches, dining establishments, and entertainment options that the region boasts.



Getting Around:

There are local buses with stops in front of the resort. There is a complimentary assigned parking for guests with a car.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Following the 2023 Maui wildfires, this home participated in FEMA's Temporary Housing Program, providing housing for local families displaced by the disaster. As a result, it was unavailable as a vacation rental for the past two years. The program has now concluded, and we are excited to welcome guests back to this beautiful Maui getaway!
