  • Boek met vertrouwen, dit prachtige appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers in Maui Kamaole dat net is gerenoveerd vanaf januari 2020. Alles in het appartement is gloednieuw en afgewerkt met high-end materialen die je moeilijk zou vinden te vinden in andere verhuureenheden. Dit appartement wordt beheerd door PMI Maui, een lokale makelaarskantoor die gespecialiseerd is in vakantieverhuur. Wij zijn gelegen binnen een mijl van het resort en 24/7 beschikbaar. It was a nice property, generally clean, very well equipped with everything you need. Close to the beaches and great communication. We left a beach wagon to make it easier to haul everything they have to offer!

Modern but cozy

This was the perfect spot for our needs with amenities leaving you wanting for nothing with it's smartly designed layout and close proximity to most of the major spots in the area. The property managers were easy to get a hold of and answered all of our requests in a speedy manner. It was great value for cost and I would definitely rent here again.

Perfect Maui Spot- Nicely Renovated

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Maui Kameole is the perfect place to stay in Maui and this condo is one of the better options we’ve found on the rental market. Located right in the middle of both pools, it’s a short walk to either and a very short walk to Kameole park 3 Beach. The patio is a great place to view the sunrise/sunset from. The condo is nicely updated and well equipped. We did find that a lot of the supplied equipment could use upgrading such as one of the beach chairs and hair dryer were broken, but there were plenty to spare for our needs so it wasn’t an issue for us.. all of the non stick pots and pans are damaged which is a health concern as well and should be replaced. Dryer is a bit finicky and requires a bit of explanation but it does work once you know how to use it.! Lastly, we found the spare blankets to be visibly dirty and Had to be washed. All very minor things, but should be addressed/replaced for the price point of this rental.

The kitchen had some coffee, spices, and condiments which was very nice, we also left some items for the next vacationers. The reason not a 5 star. The kitchen had no potholders or bowl-scrapper. The bathroom, did not have a second set of bath towels for each bathroom. The washing machine needs to be cleaned around the inside rim, there is a lot of mold under the rubber. We did buy and leave an extra camp chair as my husband doesn't like the low ones. So hopefully someone else will be able to enjoy it!

In addition to its warm and modern aesthetic, this condo is outfitted with everything you need from water bottles to coolers (big and small), boogie boards and lounge chairs and umbrellas to its well-equipped kitchen. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of storage and in-unit laundry. The beach is a short stroll down the hill, where you can body surf , boogie board and even share sunset views with majestic sea turtles. The pools on the property are great. The streaming services are all represented on great flats screens in each room for evening downtime. The Maui Kamaole property is nicely landscaped and even though it was bustling, never felt overcrowded. Matt at PMI is very responsive and helpful.

We came with 3 young children, and PMI made sure we had 2 pack n plays ready upon arrival which we really appreciated. The unit itself is beautifully decorated with updated appliances (AC also worked perfectly). The lanai has a great ocean / sunset view (even better in person). Even though it overlooks a street, we barely noticed it. I thought the unit was conveniently located with a short walk to the pool and Kamaole 3 beach. Great location for a diver, just across the street from the Kihei boat ramp. This is an upstairs unit, 2 BR, 2 bath, perfect condition,better furniture than a standard vacation rental. Has everything you would need to cook your own meals, keep your laundry up. South end of Kihei, close to Waimea. Slightly less traffic than mid-Kihei, easy to get on the bypass. No problems at all, everything worked. Perfect place for home base as we explored the island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is well appointed. Very comfortable and had all the basics one would need to relax, enjoy, cook and play. Only negative are the stairs but we managed! Parking was convenient, pool was lovely.

It was well equipped with everything that we needed including cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and everything we needed for trips to the beach. Check-in was very straight-forward. We would love to stay here again.

What a nice stay in Maui
