Located on the south side of the island in a quiet neighborhood close to Mai Poina Beach Park, delicious restaurants and the best shave ice on the island, this cozy, two bedroom house with recently added split AC system is ready to be your home away from home! Whether you decide to dance to Don Ho on vinyl, try a new recipe or play the ukulele, this space was thoughtfully designed to help you be THERE and enjoy your time in paradise!

Tucked away on a cul de sac, the THERE Maui House features a newly added split AC system throughout the house, an open concept kitchen and living room well appointed with vintage-inspired tropical decor. It also offers a relaxing outdoor deck (or lanai as we call it here in Hawaii) with an intimate sitting area. Wake up with some locally grown coffee out there in the morning or turn the string lights on while the sun sets in the evening and enjoy the company of your friends and/or family.

The home's two bedrooms each include king size beds. The master bedroom also provides an ensuite bathroom and small deck with quiet, two-person sitting area. The second bathroom is easily accessed off the hallway and is close to the second bedroom.

Nice Quite Neighborhood

Brandon and Klara were very kind and awesome hosts. They were very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood is quite. The place is clean, the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated.

Great time!

We had a wonderful time in Maui and it was great to go home to Brandon's house. We relaxed outside each night, enjoying the porch. The house was very cute, with nice bedrooms, and living area. Brandon was a trooper coming over to help with the TV. He and his wife were wonderful. I would recommend the house 120%.

Great quiet location

Very clean, had plenty of essentials, plus some extras like a styrofoam cooler, a to-go container, and spices that were perfect for us. The host’s gifts were delightful. Travel time to everywhere was easy.

Perfect central spot on Maui for 2 couples. Quick, easy access to/from the airport. Just a couple min drive to any of the beaches on South Maui. Check-in was super easy and communication with the hosts was quick and concise. Will recommend to anyone considering traveling to Maui!

Absolutely Amazing!

Holy moly, this place is amazing. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, about this home was well throughout, even to the tiniest details. The space was stocked local coffee and shampoo. The beds were super comfortable. Guys our hosts even left us a PIE and a HANDWRITTEN NOTE! I’d highly recommend this home to anyone!

THERE MAUI

Brandon & Klara were extremely welcoming and friendly host! Location is just a 4-5 min drive to the water and about 15-20 min walk. Provided for easy access to the HWY as well as easy access to good Kihei beaches and local eats! The house was the perfect place to unwind after a long day in the sun and water. Quiet neighborhood, and friendly neighbors. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here at “THERE MAUI” 🤙🏼

Wonderful property!

A lovely place to spend a week with my adult children and granddaughter! The house is laid out perfectly, very clean and inviting! We will rent this home every time we come back. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. They left a welcome gift and for sure exude the Aloha spirit!
