The kitchen has granite counter tops and all needed appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher). It is fully equipped with everything one needs to cook memorable dinners. There is additional seating at the bar for socializing or for casual dining. Washer and dryer are also available near the kitchen area.

The living/dining area has 2 couches and chairs from which you can view the large flat screen cable TV/DVD player. The entertainment center also includes many books, several of them on Maui. One corner of the living room has a small desk for computer use. Another corner of the living room has a comfortable chair with a reading light. Sliding glass doors open onto a covered lanai, perfect for breakfast or candlelight dinners.

Secure high-speed 200+Mbps internet/WiFi access is available in the condo. The WiFi can handle simultaneous Zoom meetings from separate computers. Guests are also provided phone access to free local calling.

The master bedroom suite has a queen bed. The bedroom dresser conceals a flat screen cable TV and plenty of storage for all your vacation items. Sliding glass doors open out from the bedroom onto the lanai. The master bath features a clear glass tub/shower combo, extra-long granite counter-top, and a large 8' mirrored wardrobe.

The second bedroom suite is separated from the main living area with sliding shoji screen doors providing the option for privacy. It has 2 twin beds. It has its own bath with a clear glass shower, granite counter tops, and floor to ceiling mirror wardrobe.

The condo has two AC units and each room (dining area and master bedroom) has a wall operated ceiling fans in every room.

The condo is located near the complex's tropically landscaped pool. Here you will also find gas grills, covered patio tables and a covered lounge area for relaxing, reading, or meeting friends.

The condo also provides beach chairs and towels, umbrella, boogie boards, and snorkel equipment in a storage closet located right outside the front door of the condo.

This exceptional condo is located in South Kihei, right across from Kamaole Beach III, one of the premier beaches of Maui. It is an excellent sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling beach.
