« My friend and I went on a beer, wine and distillery tasting tour from Texas Wine Tours where we were picked up & dropped off at the home in Harper which was only a 25 minute drive from Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the quietness and the Longhorn Cafe was within walking distance from the home. The home was really cozy, we enjoyed all the photos of the family's history and sitting out on the screened porch at night. I would go back because of it's proximity to Fredericksburg and it's not as busy. »

« Comfortable and homey! The wrap around porch was the greatest especially in the morning for coffee. Roomy kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Wifi and good tv service. Great beds and bathrooms. Even though you have to walk a ways to the river. It's a superb place for swimming, diving, floating, just sitting. Would visit again. »

« This Airbnb deserves more than 5 stars—it’s an absolute 10! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and felt so warm and inviting. Everything was perfectly up-to-date, from the modern appliances and TVs to the coffee maker. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and all the supplies provided were so helpful. The outdoor space was just as impressive. The pool was gorgeous, and the peaceful scenery made it the perfect place to relax. Sitting outside in the evenings under the stars...
