« Check-in was super easy and directions to the cabin were very helpful. Christy, our host, was extremely responsive to our questions and requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to be back as soon as possible! The stargazing and wildlife were spectacular. The crazy rains prevented us from enjoying river time, but it’s very nice private access. »

« We absolutely loved the property! It was perfect for baseball families traveling for a tournament and wanting to stay together. The only issue we had was getting ahold of the property manager. We reached out through VRBO and the direct number provided in the house and never heard back. »

« My friend and I went on a beer, wine and distillery tasting tour from Texas Wine Tours where we were picked up & dropped off at the home in Harper which was only a 25 minute drive from Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the quietness and the Longhorn Cafe was within walking distance from the home. The home was really cozy, we enjoyed all the photos of the family's history and sitting out on the screened porch at night. I would go back because of it's proximity to Fredericksburg and it's not as busy. »

« House was fantastic! It was well stocked with appliances and utensils and everything was high end including bedding. We loved it! Decks and outside seating were extremely comfortable. The main living area was on first floor. Master and 2 other bedrooms were only 5 steps up from the main floor and the 4th bedroom was up from there, but it had a private deck. Highly recommend! »

« Comfortable and homey! The wrap around porch was the greatest especially in the morning for coffee. Roomy kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Wifi and good tv service. « There was so much room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The dining area was plenty big but could use more chairs. The kitchen was plenty big but could use more kitchenware.
