« Soooooooo good ! It’s best place in my life »

« Friendly staff. Needs a little bit of maintenance and could offer more amenities like pool side service and expanded menu. Nice quiet location. Need transport if wanting to do anything off property. »

« Superbe hotel très calme. »

« This little resort is such a gem. Reasonably priced. The staff are beautiful, the food in their restaurant is limited but everything they do is delicious. Sadly, though, management is letting the side down by letting things run down. At the front in the small carpark, the bins are filled to overflowing. Right near the entrance to the resort. All and I mean all, the covers on the sunbeds and couches both in the room and outside were grubby and dirty with marks. Not just a little bit, a lot. ...

« We're going like a friend group every thing is well and worth for the price »

« Had a great stay in this villa. The staff were amazing esp. the people preparing our daily breakfast. »

« Had a fantastic time at The New Moon Umalas. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, and the villa was extremely clean. The New Moon Umalas is surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and is central to all of the core services that one should need during their stay in Kerobokan. »

« Hilangkan tokek nya »

« Our stay was welcomed by 2 beautiful ladies. Very kind and caring. The villa met all our expectations. Quite area with alot of traditional homes around it. This area was our favourite for our 17day holiday. We will definitely return to this villa for longer next stay. »

« clean property , lovely hosts , well looked after , great location »

« The staff is nice and the hotel rooms are pretty spacious with all the essentials provided. Yet there's not much point in that because hot water kept quitting. First, they had a water heater issue for 2 days and cold water came out of both taps. Then they fixed it for a day and then the water stopped entirely. Very poor maintenance of the property. Also, the elevator broke down on the day I had checked out with my luggage, but the staff helped me carry it downstairs. The restaurant offers some...
