Bon rapport qualité prix
Villa 23 agréable avec une bonne situation géographie. Toutes les villas ne sont pas identiques. Notre villa avait une très jolie déco, ce qui n'était pas le cas dans toutes. Personnel agréable, disponible et souriant. Notre plus grande déception à été la piscine, car vis à vis avec un immeuble et très peu de soleil du coup. On n'a pas pu en profiter.

Un bon hotel
Un joli lieu ou il est agreable d'avoir sa propre piscine. La proximite des endroits branches et sympathiques de la zone de Seminyak est sussi a noter. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel est egalement a noter.

Très jolie villa avec un super service et excellent entretien de la chambre. Par contre situation pas top si on est a pied mais a environ 20 min de taxi du centre de Seminyak
Nous apprécions vraiment votre type impression de notre station et associés ainsi que vos précieux commentaires de notre propreté. Nous améliorons continuellement la qualité de notre service et nous nous efforçons de répondre aux besoins spécifiques de nos précieux clients comme vous. Great service.
I mentioned that it was my partners birthday on the 1st so when we arrived so the staff organised a small chocolate birthday cake to be delivered to our villa. The villa was a little old but very nice, and good value.

The place was definitely not clean at all. Nice size as far as space but it looks like that don’t clean the rooms and they reuse the towels. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Dust everywhere I literally had to clean down the toilets just so my kids could sit down on the toilets and feel a bit comfortable. The pool was the only thing clean LITERALLY the water only.

スタッフの対応はすごく良かったです！丁寧に優しく対応してもらえ、チェックアウトしてから長時間荷物を預かってもらえるかお願いしたのですが、快く引き受けて受付で預かっていただきました。 無料でついてくる朝食は1日目だけ付いており、チェックインの際に選んで、予約した時間より30分遅く運んでいただきました。朝早く出られる方は、少し時間に余裕を持って時間指定をした方が良いかもしれません。お料理のクオリティにはとても満足しました。 ただホテルの設備面でいいますと、古い建物感が拭えない感じはありました。清潔感はありますが、古いためかなんとなく汚く見えてしまうのと、ベランダや外に繋がるドアがきっちり閉まることはありませんでした。手の届かない位置の窓が少し空いており、そこからヤモリが入っていることもありました。トイレの水も流れにくく、一階のトイレは使用していませんでした。あと、部屋に備え付けのウォーターサーバーですが、お湯を飲んでいる時は気づかなかったのでずか、水はコップに入れた際にものすごく臭かったです。お腹は壊してはいませんが、それ以降は飲めませんでした。 ホテルのロケーションは、そこそこ良かったかなと思います。人気上昇中のクロボカンのエリアで近くには多くはないですが、おしゃれなお食事どころがいくつかあります。Instagramで調べて見つけた、ホテルから徒歩1分のお店は、雰囲気・味共に大満足で、かなりオススメです！バリの交通事情により、夜の渋滞はレギャン辺りを除いても避けることは難しそうです。ホテル付近は問題はありませんが、街中からホテルに向かう際は16時以降はだいたい渋滞にはまってしまいます。空港からは距離がありますが、街中にもアクセスしやすい距離で静かに過ごしたいという方にお勧めします。 総合して言いますと、何度も旅行している身としては、このホテルに付けられた星の数はあまり納得がいくものではなかったです。清潔感に少しかけて古いホテルでも、どうしても安くプライベートプール付きで広いお部屋がいいという方にオススメします！ 私はバリのホテルを検索している際、もっと自分好みのお部屋のスタイルで、清潔感のあるものをいくつも見つけましたし、部屋ではなくホテルのパブリックプールで十分という方は、もっと値段を抑えて、好みのスタイルの新しいホテルを取ることをお勧めします。

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights and got upgraded to the 3 bedroom villa. Villa was huge and the pool was really nice. However, the condition of the bedrooms and kitchen needs to be updated/repaired. Location was near to the beach but quite a distance to the main shopping area in Seminyak.

去年に続きのバリ旅行です。今年は、ヴィラを堪能しようとこのホテルを選びましたが、施設は古くて水周りが悪く、バスのお湯が出なくトイレの水が流れにくいです。従業員の態度はとても良く笑顔がステキでしたが、快適に過ごすにはオススメしないです。ちなみに、去年泊まった近くのヴィラは最高でした。

The location is neutral to us because we hired a driver to pick us up. 1 of my friend wouldn't sleep because she felt uncomfortable during that stay. The breakfast arrive on time and we think that the breakfast was nothing fantastic but edible.

Not 4 Star! Not even 3. Maybe 2 at best.
Although I read the mediocre reviews, I thought I would have a better experience for some reason, I was wrong. The hotel is dingy and does need so much updating and proper cleaning. Nothing like the photos, which are beautiful. The breakfasts were terrible and inedible every day. The rooms were old and dark. The bathrooms were gross and dark. The kitchen and living rooms are hot and dark (no a/c). My recommendation is spend a few dollars more and stay in a real 4 Star hotel with a pool. Staff was clueless about everything as they barely spoke or understood English. I wish I could say something nice but the location wasn’t even that good as it’s kind of far away from everything. Stay in a villa in Kuta or Ubud or Legian for location.

I accidentally broke a glass and had to pay $7.50 for it. Well, this is my bad so I can’t say much. However, prior to checking in, I was told that water are free. When checking out, I was charged for the bottled waters. At that point, I just paid for it. On my way to airport then I realise that I shouldn’t have paid for it.

Great stay
The villa we stayed in was modern, spacious with a 2 bed 3 full bath with a large living, dining and kitchen area. Kept clean, very clean pool with daily housekeeping and turndown service. The staff were extremely friendly. Only issue was with an external water pump that needed to be replaced and was quickly addressed

The private pool is so nice.
We were swimming everynight even we tired for sightseeing. There is good JBL speaker that conect your device with Bluetooth. I really recomend if you are planning to trip with 3-4people. Not so expensive. Danoya Villa make good memories.

Worth a try
The hotel looks a bit old since it has been some years since opening. Yet, the staff from different departments are sincere and helpful. They always served us with big smile on. The price for food and spa is fair enough. The nearby area always jams so takes some time to go by car.

Villa service friendly and prompt. Free shuttle to main shopping areas. Hotel food tasty. Some restaurants and essential shops within walking distance. Villas are showing age however are still comfortable and clean. Private pool very relaxing. Lovely gardens. Secure location. Staff could not do enough to make our stay more enjoyable.

Overall is above average
I booked a 2 bedrooms villa for 4 nights to stay with my friends. The villa is spacious however there is no air con in the ground floor and the fan is not working there. The bedrooms are comfortable, the air con there need to change a new one becos its noisy and keep waterdrop whole night. I am impressive with their morning breakfast service. Staff sent over to our villa and she arrived on time. She set up the whole table like we are in the hotel lobby. However, the breakfast quality is not good enough. Never taste a breakfast worst like this. The bedroom cleaner did a good job for tidy up the rooms. The villa location is not very convience. Need to get a driver everyday or wait for their shuttle to malls, but the shuttle need to wait for an hour at lease. Overall is above average and value for money but highly recommend don't have to pay extra for the breakfast. It more worth to use the extra breakfast price to enjoy some local cafe nearby.

空港から車で約３０分に位置する中流ホテル。１人にも関わらず、繁忙期だったため唯一空いていた2階建て3LDKの部屋を借りたのだが、値段の割に内装設備が一流で驚いた。プライベートプールもついており文句無し。

Perfect Villas, Quiet, Friendly Staff - Recommend!
Ideal villas! Stayed in a 1BR Premier Villa for 2 weeks, great experience, whole villa was clean & cleaned daily, with all towels replaced. Swimming pool was the perfect size & also clean/cleaned regularly. Daily breakfast was amazing, with great choice & available in room or via the restaurant. Staff here are more than friendly & willing to help out where ever they can! Free shuttles to Seminyak is a BIG bonus too! Great value for money! Recommended for all groups, couples, families & friends!

Awesome Villas full of surprises
We were upgraded on arrival to a 2 bedroom villa and from here it all got better. Amazing staff, amazing location and services we could not ask for more. Felt like we were in our own little paradise. Definitely stay again. Property not brand new, but very clean, safe, secure and with 5 star service.

予め　Mailしていたのですが、無料で　前泊のスミニアックのHotelに時間ぴったりにPickUPしてくれ １２時半頃CheckIN出来ました。 CheckOUT後も　スミニアックのSPAにTransportしてくれました。運転手さんは　非常に親切でSpaの　受付まで世話を焼いてくれました。

Used to be a really nice place
Our room was so run down. Ceiling crumbling/rotting, walls in disrepair, mold around the edge of bathroom tub, dirty linen. Waste of money. Too bad because it used to be a really nice place

Unfriendly neighbour
On the arrival at this villa my attention is focused on the neighbour that is disturbingly cutting ceramic tiles until 10 pm. My intention of having a holiday in a private villa is finding peace and tranquility. My peace and tranquility is vanished because I the noise reach 80 dB. I bring a decibel meter everywhere to measure which is disturbing and which is not. The standard for comfortness is 60 dB max. The front office staff is friendly but there's nothing he can do. For your information i stayed at villa 3. Which has no privacy at all because the neighbour is building a hotel that is higher than the villa. Around 3 storeys high. The workers of the neighbour often made sounds like hammer pounding to the railling. I don't know what are their intentions. Because the neighbour hotel height is 3 storeys high, the workers would watch you swimming in your private pool. I found this is also very disturbing. Above that, i found it surprisingly that if we have breakfast at the villa, the hotel will send 2 of it staff to serve the food on the table. They will heat your bread so that it's still hot when you eat it.

This is a very nice condo type hotel, the staff were very good and welcoming. We stayed here for a night before moving onto Candidasa area. The rooms were clean and adequate in size with bathrooms. Both rooms were upstairs, downstairs there is a half bathroom. Living area is large and with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a sound system. The hotel provides complimentary drinking water in bottles and in a 5 gallon jug. Private pool was nice to plunge. There is no view, as the complex is located in a residential/commercial area; however, hotel ground is nice. There was some construction going on at back of our condo, but the construction area was covered in tarps and didn't bother us. The condo didn't have AC in the living area, only in the bedrooms. They provide a small evaporative cooler which may not be adequate due to humidity even with a ceiling fan running in full speed.
