« This was the perfect onsen for us! Sleek, modern room with everything we needed, gorgeous view of a lake with hills reflected in it. Staff was very good. Japanese cuisine--Shabu shabu (we got fish and beef) was great, so was breakfast. Lots of regional specialties. The hot springs water is really lovely. The pool is only knee deep, but neato, sauna was nice. They really thought of everything! Close to station and a 15 minute train to Kami Arita for pottery shopping. Should have stayed longer. »

« Very clean. Ridiculously clean. Very close to interesting places in downtown sasebo. Very responsive host. Very accommodating host. Very quiet area. »

« The property was very easy to find and staff was quick to meet us at the door and greet us. The overall stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and took every chance to find ways to communicate with us in English. The food presentation was 10/10. The room was spacious, everything that we needed was in the lobby for us to grab and use. The beds were comfortable, shower room was beautiful. This hotel was beyond my expectations! »

« It's a good experience to stay in this hotel. Hot springs are wonderful. However, if there's no smell of smoke in the entrance of room will be perfect. »
