'Room 128 was not cleaned after we returned to the room later, help desk said all the maids called out? So asked for another room! A/C would not work! Check out a day early and went somewhere else.'

'For a one-night stay, it was a fine hotel. But, the one thing that will keep us from staying at a Microtel again was the shower - or lack of a shower. The water pressure was non-existent and there was no way to adjust the direction of the water - just straight down. Worst shower ever!'

'This hotel was so fun for my 8 year old who loved the arcade and waterslides. The room keys often stopped working for all 4 adults on the trip. We had to keep going to the main desk. They just need to update the system I think. We wish they offered housekeeping services during our 2 night stay. Bath tub and bathroom door not the cleanest. This hotel could use a bit of extra love (updating and deep clean). Price was good '

'The indian guy in the front desk was so racist, put us on the first floor because we were asians and it was our first time there - he was so rude!'

'The room was very dirty. We used several Clorox wipes to clean the smoke filmed surfaces. The filters in the AC were completely covered with hair. Rinses those out. The carpet was very stained and outdated. The room smelled like smoke. We ended up covering all the bedding with sheets that we purchased and used blankets from our car. The refrigerator was dirty and had built up ice in it. Never again will I stay here.'

'Beautiful view of the lake, very relaxing. We had to leave early (7:30) and the baked goods were not replenished yet so that was disappointing. Nice selection of complementary drinks throughout the stay. Comfortable room/bed. It was quiet while we were there but able to hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Overall nice stay. Plenty of parking. '

'Zwembad is een beetje smoezelig, kamer is mooi maar badkamer is 'vergeten' op te knappen.... Te weinig handdoeken en in tegenstelling tot wat er op expedia staat geen ontbijt tot 10 uur! Om 9:10 uur was alles weg en met geen mogelijkheid een broodje meer te krijgen. Personeel ronduit onbeschoft.'
