'Overall this is a fine, normal Hampton Inn and we had a good stay. We were upgraded to a better room with spa tub, which was pleasant. Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy. Few little annoying housekeeping glitches- no available cups or glasses in the bathroom or with the coffeemaker- we had to pick up a couple in the breakfast area ourselves. 'Its a great room. My only issue is the bathroom floor is a little slippery but i brought a bath mat from dollar tree. I usually do as so many hotel bathrooms have a slippery floor Very nice manager. I like this place'

'As soon as you walk into the hotel it smells great! Rooms were super clean, and updated. Great bathroom and shower. Receptionist was great, my room did not lock and my room was immediately changed and she gave me and my daughters free snacks for the inconvenience which really wasn’t a big one. Breakfast was simple but good. I love when I can save money in breakfast. Will definitely come back if needed. '

'I was on a business trip at the Red Roof in Livonia and the staff was great great big smile on her face when I walked in taking care of business as a fire alarm was going off making sure my room was great no strings attached.
