'The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. '

'This stay was a first for many of us in our family! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was filled with everything we needed. Walking distance to the Kenai River! Hosts were communicating fast and even gave extras! Which made our trip even more amazing! We plan on coming back next summer! We hope it is available. Worth the price! '

'Was in Kenai from Eagle River with my wife and son. The coyote house was beautiful and peaceful. We roasted marshmallows and had smores in the back yard. Very comfortable and inviting. We will be back next year for sure. '

'The property was well equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, stocked with a variety of spices for cooking. It’s located in a friendly neighbourhood. Our flight arrived near midnight, but was easy getting a Uber ride from the airport, just 10minuted away. Not really near eateries. Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it! Thanks again! '
