'The room was clean and well stocked with essentials. Staff at check in and check out were extremely helpful and personable. Upon check in we asked for supper recommendations and staff was eager to assist. The hotel is in a nice location and easily accessible to UNC hospital.'

'Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming.'

'Maintenance needs improvement. Lights needed to be replaced in our room, the fan was not working and the stopper in the sink needed to be fixed. For what we paid, these items should have been done before we arrived. The cleaning staff should check all items in the room before leaving and making ready for the next customer. The hotel did move us to another room which we appreciated, but inconvenient as we had to pack all items up again after unloading.'

'The only thing I did not like was my office chair in the room. It was broken and made it hard to work. The room walls were pretty thin so I could hear the kids upstairs jumping off furniture. Lastly my refrigerator was loud which made it hard to sleep sometimes.'
