Vakantie en citytrip naar Karancslapujtő

2 adults & 2 kids , stayed 3 nights in studio on 4th floor. Location excellent, however everything else was disappointing. 1- the room was very dirty, hairs on floor & bedsheets, 2-unable to cook breakfast -toaster had thick layer of dust. Cleaning staff wiped it down externally, but thick dust internally also. No pot, but 2 frying pans! Door handle of toilet fell off on first use, reported same, no-once fixed it. Door had to remain open during toilet visits! Lights in stairwell unreliable . I would not feel safe walking up/down as a single woman. Lift did not work on 2nd night so had no choice. 1 pillow each per guest.

Hotel, cuyo edificio fue histórico durante el imperio Astrohungaro, su restaurant está decorado muy bonito. Sus habitacion muy confortable y muy limpia

Beautiful boutique hotel on a beautiful street, rooms are very very clean and the shower is amazing. The evening waiter was very friendly and the breakfast staff were always attentive and the breakfast buffet was extensive and great quality and variety. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you.

interestingly decorated and clean room with a comfortable bed. very pleasant communication with staff. wifi didn’t work that good in the room. i loved that there were many hooks on the walls, to hang your stuff on. room was well-equipped.

My husband and I loved staying at this location during our time in Budapest. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood near many different restaurants. It felt safe and comfortable! The staff were wonderful to communicate with throughout the entire process!
