Once we found the correct location, we were very pleased with the size, decor, and comfortable furnishings. We arrived after dark, and there was no parking in front. Trying to navigate to the correct spot behind the home was not the easiest. We were also given the house number of 121, but it was actually 119. The code for the back entrance was not working, so we had to call the emergency number given. They were very helpful and got us in quickly!From there, it was pretty smooth sailing! The bathrooms were both good sizes - especially the one with the privacy door on the toilet/shower room. It helped when we were all getting ready at the same time. The only other hiccup we had was the last night, the network on the TV kept going out while we tried to watch movies. The location was great and allowed easy access to all the things. We felt safe in the area, especially when finding parking in front of the home. We loved the decor and the style of the house all around! The kitchen was well stocked - we used the coffee maker A LOT! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend this home to others.

Uniquely decorated made it so very interesting. We loved the kitchen dishes and utensils. It was extremely clean and had a working kitchen for meals. The only problem we had was that we were told there was a dedicated parking spot behind building and it was being used. When I called I was told to park on street. I had to park around corner which was not convenient. Parking and unloading and loading was a hassle.

Overall the stay was fine for one night. The place is nice for an older home. We did have an issue while staying. We checked in at 4 and we went to a Chiefs game. While on the way to the night game I received a frantic call from someone at the property management company stating that they needed to go by and check the house because the double booked it. It was stated like these other people had entered the property while we were not there but that was never able to be confirmed with them after several calls. I was very unhappy with this and makes me think that the door codes are never changed which I'm sure is 100% true. Also the floor in the kitchen and bathroom was all sticky and clearly had not been cleaned. We cleaned it up so not to track it around and for all this trouble they gave me a credit of 35. We wont ever be staying at this location again.

Beautiful, cozy and excellent location!!

The house was perfect in every way for a girlfriend’s weekend getaway. Too many wonderful amenities to list. Baths in the claw foot tub were fabulous and relaxing. Loved the neighborhood. Highly recommend!!

Would 100% stay here again

Do yourself a favor and just stay here! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The space is large so there’s room to spread out and relax. If you’ve ever traveled with a toddler, you know how stressful it can be to stay somewhere else, but this place was great. My daughter could walk around without the worry of her getting into anything. The beds were so comfortable that my sister and her husband ended up buying the exact bed after the trip. There’s ample parking out front and it’s a tree lined street so there’s lots of shade. The yard is gated off and the covered porch is a nice place to sit and relax. We could hear someone upstairs for a brief period of time, I think they may have been cleaning, but other than that, there was no noise. I like that the location is pretty centrally located to all the places we wanted to go. We all agreed that we will stay here again, the next time we are visiting KC.

Very comfortable and the design/decor was over the top luxurious feel with fun light fixtures and pictures on the walls. Very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much and while not walking distance to a lot it was a very short drive to the places we wanted to go.

This place restored my husband’s soul!

The location was fantastic (5-7 minutes from Union Station and Crown Center), the decor was super fun, and the front porch made for awesome people watching. We had a great stay here, and will definitely be back!

Amazing stay!

we went to Missouri for less than 24 hours to go watch my daughter play soccer. We decided to stay in a VRBO and picked this place because the pictures were gorgeous. The place is beyond amazing - equal if not better then the photos! Every little detail was perfect! I would highly recommend staying here! I want to come back to see thr other rental - sometime soon

Mesmerizing Stay!

WOW was the word every member of my party uttered when we walked in. It was like walking back in time to a 1920s Art Deco townhouse in New York City. Truly the most beautiful space. Everything was super simple from check-in to communications to the host. I will 100% be booking this the next time I come to Kansas City. Thank you for a fantastic visit.

A VRBO with Style

We were all particularly enamored with the decor and the attention to detail. We had everything we needed plus more. Everything was easy to access and clean. Though the water pressure was very low at times, we figured this was intermittent and made due. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings. All in all, though the property is in a marginal neighborhood, we liked that this was not your run of the mill VRBO. My one comment that may be helpful to others is that although the two bedroom arrangement with king sized beds is excellent for two couples, it is inaccurate to suggest that this property comfortably sleeps 6; particularly not for three couples. Even our 10 and 11 year old granddaughters could not begin to sleep on the small fold out sofa located in the master bedroom. One child, yes, but not two and certainly not two adults making four adults in the same bedroom. I would suggest that this unit sleeps 4 adults and one child. Thankfully, our granddaughters were comfortable sleeping on the couches in the living room. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and we would stay again.

Property was very nice and clean. Extra linens and coffee if needed. Was only there a short time. Only problem was barn door in main bath would not stay shut. Had to keep proping it with a shoe. Also did not know where to leave used towels etc.

Perfect City Gem!

Incredibly unique home tucked away near many attractions. My family and I stayed for a wedding weekend getaway and this was one of the best homes we have stayed at. The kids loved it as much as the adult. Lots of room for the 6 of us! Kristen and her team were very responsive to my questions and accommodated an early check in. For being on a busy road, we hardly heard any of the noise outside at all. The parking in the back was pretty tight for our pickup. Having two bathrooms was nice when we all had to get ready. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!
