THE SPACE
The Celestial Suite is a calm, moon and stars themed apartment for up to 4 guests, upstairs on the left.

• Bedroom: queen bed, fold out chair, ceiling fan, its own mini split heat and AC, and a closet with hangers, iron, and ironing board
• Living room: sofa and large wall mounted smart TV
• Work area: fold down wall desk with a lamp and bookshelf
• Dining: our largest table, with a bench and chairs
• Kitchen: stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig, electric kettle, coffee and tea station, butcher block counter, cookware, dishes, and cooking basics
• Bathroom: tub and shower combo with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided
• Linens, towels, hair dryer, and extra pillows and blankets

There is no dishwasher, washer/dryer, grill, or outdoor space.

GUEST ACCESS
The suite is fully private, with keypad entry at your own door, upstairs on the left. The building entry and stairway are shared with other residents. A doorbell camera is at the apartment entrance. One free parking spot is right in front of the building.

NEIGHBORHOOD
A quiet residential street in Grandview with quick highway access, so it`s an easy home base for work around the metro, visiting family, or trips into Kansas City. Free parking is right at the front door.

HOUSE RULES
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No parties. No smoking or vaping inside. The building is shared with other residents; please keep noise low in the shared entryway and respect other residents’ private spaces.
