'Our junior suite was amazing. We had locals sweets everyday in our room with explanation about the local ingredients. We had a beautiful view of the river and city and eat good & well balanced breakfast. The staff was very polite & gave us excellent service. Thank you so much! We enjoyed our stay!'

'We had a great time at the Saik accommodation in Kanazawa. We received a friendly welcome, communication was great, the room and beds were traditional. The bus stops close to the accommodation, there is a supermarket nearby, the breakfast was delicious and lovingly packaged, there were free cosmetics and umbrellas for rainy weather. We would love to come back.'

'Interesting traditional inn but modern facilities. Staff guide you around the property, which is quite unusual when you're used to staying in standars hotels. Staff have varying levels of English but thanks to Google translate it didn't cause any problems. Slight miscommunication about our check out time, but it was resolved and we found our way out of the hotel(!)'

'A beautiful traditional home with a modern twist. Clean, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Thoughtful touches , plenty of USB charger points to keep a 16 yr old happy - a remarkable find. The host is wonderful and helpful. Would have loved to stay longer'

'It's perfect if you want to experience a real traditional Japanese house. The space of the bedroom was big enough for me, everything you need is present. You also experience sleeping on real tatami. The couple owning the guesthouse were very friendly and caring. I did get lots of good advice. Also you have a cute little Shiba waiting for you. I was surprised how calm he is.'

'12月24日に宿泊させて頂きました。 180年以上前に建てられた古民家の宿は、雪に覆われていて最高の日に宿泊できた事は本当に運が良かったです。 館内はとても清潔に保たれていて、気持ち良く過ごす事ができました。 石庭も手入れが行き届いていて、雪吊りが雪国を感じさせてくれました。 今度は、雪の無い時期にお庭のウッドデッキでバーベキューなんかもしてみたいです。 スタッフの皆様のお気遣いにも感謝しています。 一緒に営業している飲食店を探してくれたり、雪の少ない道を案内してくれたりと本当に助かりました。 本当にありがとうございました。'

'I absolutely loved my stay here. The property supplied everything one could imagine. Even the most random things like shoe warmers. It was in a great location and we had a little bar right next to us so we could stop for a drink. Easy walk to the historic town or to the Samurai village. I would highly recommend it. '

'It was a pleasant stay and location is great. Is about 560m away from Kanazawa station .We are able to drop off our luggage at Kanazawa hotel before our check in time . Is a plus as this hotel is unmanned. Smooth Check in with password given. Comfortable bed and family friendly. '

'Upon our arrival we were welcomed by the manager Bill who made us feel welcome. He showed us and told us the things we needed to know. Though the apartment isn't big, it was quite complete and looked very new and nice. The bedroom had 2 double beds that were a little too small for 2 adults. Also a readinglight would have been nice, but we noticed that that isn't common in Japan. But there was enough closet space, which we liked. The location was good. There was a nice shopping center on walking...
