'I chose this hotel due to its size and location (quite central), but I was disappointed when we arrived. The staff is very friendly and quite helpful, but unfortunately they were building and refurbishing different parts of the property. This resulted in a drained swimming pool and loud construction noise throughout the day and into the night. 'The hotel and the facilities actually look much better than what is shown in the pictures. I ordered airport pick up service. The drive from the airport to Kampla is approximately an hour. My flight arrived at midnight and travelling alone as a young female, I was very happy that they had sent along another female staff to accompany me back to the hotel. That was very thoughtful.
