Magic Sands Beach Park is about a mile away, with Pāhoehoe Beach Park roughly three-quarters of a mile in the other direction from the complex. Da Poke Shack is nearby for a casual local meal, and the road leads north toward Kona town's shops, harbor, and sunset walks. Kahalu'u Beach Park is farther south for snorkeling. It is an easy base for couples and families who want to make the beach part of every day, not a special outing.



What's nearby:

You'll be right next to some terrific shopping, such as Kona Coast Shopping Center and Sunset Shopping Plaza. Get some great surfing lessons from friendly and competent instructors when you stop into FBI Surf School, two miles away. Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is about 10 to 15 minutes away, making arrival simple. A rental car is recommended so you can explore the Kona Coast at your own pace. Downtown Kailua-Kona's shops, restaurants, and oceanfront Ali'i Drive are often within walking distance or a short drive, with beaches, snorkeling spots, and grocery stores close by. Parking is generally available on site or nearby, whether street or lot.
