Clean and adorable.

This had to be the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. So cute and everything was organized and worked perfectly. On the historic Ali’i drive close to cute shops and food. Definitely eat at Da Poke Shack and Black Rock pizza.

Picture perfect!

Beautiful condo, picture on ad depicts the actual place. Kitchen nicely furnished and all rooms have the essentials. Location is perfect, quite enough but everything is close by. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Great Stay!

We spent a week at this condo. The location was so great! It is literally right across the street from magic sand beach. We walked over to the beech and when we were done, there is a hose provided to rinse off before going to the condo. There were beach chairs, snorkels, fins, and umbrellas for use. They also had beach towels available. The condo was clean and plenty spacious for the four of us. It was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor community kitchen area was a nice bonus. The only negative we had during our stay was the air conditioning was not working properly. The management team was quick to dispatch a repair company and they had it functioning properly in short order. Overall a great stay!

So nice to have a kitchen well-stocked with cookware and utensils and to have a washer and dryer available. Was so happy to find a reasonable supply of dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. We enjoyed walking to the beach across the street (although the surf is quite rough for little ones there so make sure you check out the keiki beaches) and loved using the pool. It was a great home base for our exploration of the Big Island.

So Disappointing!

We booked this condo for a relaxing couple's vacation. We arrived to find that there were no curtains or drapes in both bedrooms, which face the walkway outside. Instead, there were broken vertical blinds that left big gaps and no privacy. We ended up hanging a sheet over the window - not a great way to start your romantic beach vacation! The next morning, we woke up to the sound of jackhammers and construction equipment. Upon further investigation, we found out that Magic Beach Park across the street is under construction for the next several months. Huge bummer, as we chose this condo due to the proximity to Magic Beach - it currently looks nothing like the photos are posted on VRBO. The VRBO add mentioned that the White Sands tennis courts were under construction - there was no notice that the "beautiful beach" across the street would be a construction site. Construction noise could be heard on the lanai and at the pool, along with a lot of road noise from Alii Drive. We ended up staying in a hotel for a few nights during the week to get away from the noise. The redeeming quality of this unit is the spacious lanai, which could be enjoyed at night and on the weekends when there was no active construction. Big disappointment!

BEAUTIFUL condo - very clean, well furnished, neatly kept with all the essentials3. WONDERFUL host - CB was great to work with. We had an initial minot hiccup with the washer not working (not under their control). They apologized, compensated and still serviced it within 3 days. Very responsive with all the questions.Overall, a wonderful experience for our first time in Hawaii. Will definitely pick a CB property again in a heartbeat! Thanks CB team for making this a wonderful memory for our family of 4 (2 adult kids).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the A/C being out (more on that later), we had a very nice stay in White Sands #216. The location is close to Ali'i drive and the beach, and it has a nice ocean view from the large back deck. The building layout is a bit odd, with stairs required when using the elevator. The inside is nicely updated, and very well equipped for cooking, bathing, laundry, and going to the beach. Beach gear includes plenty of chairs, a nice umbrella, small and large coolers, two snorkel masks, and more. The beds are decently comfortable and there are many fans available. The pool/hot tub area is very nice. The complex is very peaceful and quiet, which we loved.We were notified a few days before our stay that the A/C would be out for our entire stay. There was some time-consuming haggling about the discount we would get, but we agreed to stay here and it was a pleasant stay. With working A/C, I'd give it 5 stars.

Simply perfect!!

It's everything we had hoped for and more! Great location with beach access right across the street, close to restaurants and shopping area. Love the keypad for entry so you don't have to worry about keys when going to the beach. They had everything we need in the kitchen for cooking and eating, provided shampoo/conditioner, etc, beach amenities like beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling kits, beach mats and beach towels, and laundry soap! We also loved the welcome goodies they left in the fridge and printed instructions. Robyn from CBI Vacations was absolutely amazing. She checked in on us to make sure we are good to go. Thanks again for having us stay in your beautiful condo. Can't wait to return already!!

Perfect location, all you need

Really nice condo, comfortable and well appointed. Stocked with initial necessities (soap, garbage bags, detergent, etc). Great location, Magic Sands beach is across the street, the condo has boogie boards, chairs, noodles, etc. Teenagers enjoyed being able to just pop down to the beach at any time. 7 min drive to Kailua village, so close to things but not surrounded by crowds. Nice quiet location. Clean pool. Had a package sent to me here and the property manager was great about coordinating the delivery. Would recommend a stay here and would not hesitate to return. Great experience.

This was a beautiful condo! They didn't miss a thing. Warm and inviting ...music playing when you walk in and a welcome basket. Couldn't be better. Good location... would stay here again!
