'The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel clean. This was a return trip for us as we have enjoyed our stay in the past. The only negative is they seem to be charging excessive fees for everything. e.g. we ate at the hotel restaurant and were charged a kitchen fee because we ordered food. Never heard of or paid a kitchen fee on top of your meal price. Several other fees came up at checkout.'

'This place was okay but honestly there were waaaaaay too many kids and not enough spaces for adults to escape to. One thing that I was really looking forward to was the grotto so when we arrived and they remodeled and removed it, we were really disappointed. Another thing was the guest services on the phone was AI so the staff brought us the wrong items. They were really friendly and this place was nice but for the price I guess I was just expecting more.'

'We had an absolutely amazing time staying here. It was the perfect space for our family of 5 and we had everything we needed and MORE! We highly appreciated all of the beach chairs, toys and pool floats. Our kids were very excited to have these things and we were thrilled to have a booster seat and pack and play for our youngest. The property is absolutely beautiful with a convenient shop on the main floor for some snacks and drinks. We loved sitting out on our terrace and enjoying the weather...

'Everything was great about this trip, but mostly our ocean front view and the location near Whalers Village. It was fantastic. The listing was accurate and everything was great in the place. My only complaint was the lack of service at the resort -- new Covid times means there is no service at the room. I asked someone to come and remove my trash and was told I had to take it out myself. And our room didn't get cleaned -- but that's not the fault of Vacation Candy or the owner, that's a Marriott...

'Vacation candy does a great job of securing the booking at this resort and making it very easy. This was our 6th time staying at the resort but 3rd time booking through vacation candy. The resort is perfect for those that want pool and beach activity all right in front of you. Excellent for families with kids of all ages.'
