'Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Requests were promptly granted. Only complaint is the entrance drive---back side of stores w/dumpsters is not attractive.'

'The bed was comfortable and the room was relatively clean. We had to get three different sets of keys to get in the door. And we had to move rooms. Instead of giving us a new card, she scratched out the number on the card and rewrote it. There were blood stains on the walls in the elevator. And the TV was not working. 'We booked through Expedia months in advance and received an early hotel check in THE DAY BEFORE to help our check in go faster and smoothly, but that was not the case… when we showed up in a cab, the place was completely shut down. The doors were all locked. There was not a car in the parking lot. We called both hotel numbers given on the website and one of them was UNAVAILABLE and the other, no one picked up.
