'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'Ik had dit hotel gekozen omdat het een resort-hotel zou zijn. Daar heb ik niet veel van gemerkt; je kunt je laten masseren en het heeft een buitenzwembad, dacht niet echt schoon uitzat en weinig uitnodigend uitzat. Nu was het wel vrij koud (17 graden), dus ik was sowieso niet van plan erin te gaan. Het restaurant was belachelijk duur. 'I stayed 5 nights in Jeju and to save driving time, stayed at different hotels as I moved around the island. This i the only hotel, that I oul stay at again in Jeju. Staff, from check in to breakfast and housekeeping, were excellent. Very friendly, courteous and all around nice. Would definitely stay here again basd on all the above factors.'

' I truly enjoyed the time at Tropical Hideaway as a solo traveller. The proximity to the sea and the mountain, not to mention Olleh hiking trails, made it so perfect. Only downside is reataurants because most of them close relatively early. Swimming pool was almost to myself during the day, and the bathtub after night run made my day.'

Geen uitleg is haar teveel. Raad krijg je er gratis bij. De vrouw is echte reclame voor het hotel en een voorbeeld voor velen.'

"The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. Beds were very small, eventhough we booked a twin room, you expect at least a 180 cm bed. And the bathroom is very outdated - a shower in bathtub… We are not returning to this hotel! "
