'We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. 'The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. 'Although the hotel is a little bit outside of Moseulpo town, it's well-located on the coastline. It was lovely to hear the sound waves made while resting in the room, and if the weather was nice, I think we could have viewed the sunset from our balcony. The hotel is quite new, so rooms and facilities were clean and quite spacious. Staff was kind and helpful. '

'Hotel was ok and the room was nice however the pool was half closed as was the water park and theme park. Definitely of note the water park charges extra for inner tubes and life jackets and requires everyone to wear life jackets in the wave pool and lazy river which is unusual.'
