I was given a room with a broken window which they did change to another, however the experience was not forthcoming and welcoming. Lots of trouble to find taxi but good elevated rail just around the corner.

In the middle of nowhere
The hotel is located between two factories in the industrial zone of Monterrey. It has the basics and you can hear the factory next door. No shuttle service to the airport. No restaurant on site and not much around. This hotel is for workers in the factories nearby.
