'Lovely accomodation, excellent recommendation for those looking for a nice place to stay in Split. Our host (Sandra) was really helpful and very nice to talk too. We got lots of recommendations for restaurants, trips and beaches and she even helped us out with a last minute taxi towards the airport. The location is absolutely prestige, you have a supermarket and bakery not even 2 min away from the building and within 5-10 minutes you are in the city centre of Split. Also the busses for most...

'The area is not the most pretty. It is not unsafe, but there are many trash containers that smell really bad, and the entrance to the hotel is in the middle of a passage way that is barely signaled. The rooms are in the first floor, but you can only reach them through stairs. No elevator available. We didn't mind this, but it should be clearly indicated when booking the rooms. The rooms are very nice, good space, and a balcony/terrace very useful to sit in the night. Very friendly staff....

'We were well looked after from the moment we arrived. Communication with staff before our arrival was great and there was always somebody available if we needed help or advice about planning trips while we were there. The room was beautiful and the hotel is right in the heart of the old town so we were near restaurants and cafes. It was also very peaceful through the night. Delicious breakfast in the small quiet courtyard was a perfect way to start day.'

Take advantage of the taxi service provided in order to aboid getting lost in the winding alleys that make up the Old City. Its unlike anything youve seen in a good way. 'It is an amazing hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and tidy. The staff was very polite and helpfull. The location is excellent as it is close to the seaside, the shops, the Palace etc. The breakfast was very lucuriius with plenty of options for every taste. The only down side is the parking. There is pretty much no free parking and if you want to park you car in the hotel parking it costs you €35 per day/night. Overall: very happy with our stay. '
