The space
You will enjoy the nice and soft, comfortable Nina MG and Indolinen bed sheets and duvet. All the rooms have higher ceilings and generous windows allowing for natural light and breeze. 4x AC but please be respectable with the electricity, appliances should not be turned on all at the same time. The upper floor has water heaters and portable fans. Your electrical equipment will also be more protected as we have installed a central power stabiliser. Internet is best possible in the area - work from home like never before!

Location
Located in gated housing complex “Permata Bintaro Residence / Bara House” on Gmaps. Close to Pondok Aren toll road, Jurangmangu train station, Bintaro XChange Mall, Rumah Puspo Budoyo cultural centre, and many leading/international schools like British School Jakarta, Global Jaya and Mentari. 25 mins to ICE BSD city by car. Favourite outdoor cafe is "Kopi Tiga Gelas" a peaceful green garden hangout within very short walking distance, fresh "Pondok Seafood 57" and popular "McDonalds" at a nearby intersection, as well as stylish "Lot 9 Cafe & Restaurant" and traditional "Talaga Sampireun" a short drive away.

For content making/shooting we require additional info:

- will you use our furniture or bring your own furniture?

- we will price accordingly with extra charge per head or for extended time.

Guest access
Full access to all rooms, we only lock our storage room, otherwise you have the house to yourself. If you need a helper at extra charge we can give you the contact to our very trustworthy assistant.

Other things to note
5500 KWh electricity. Please use electricity sparingly to manage the power usage and turn off afterwards.

Please login with your own acc for Netflix etc.

There is a community gate curfew time between 00.00 and 05.00.

NO ILEGAL ACTIVITIES/LARGE PARTIES/loud music/noise, please! Only smaller mellow gatherings allowed. This is a small family neighbourhood.

Max 2 cars: 1 carport parking and 1 side road parking. The width of the road is quite wide.

Please keep your voices down to respect our neighbours. We are a small family-friendly neighbourhood. Local norms are appreciated.

Please try to keep the bedsheets clean.
No smoking inside the house, only permitted outside and on the terrace areas. Please leave the house in suitably clean condition :)

Do NOT confuse us with a hotel by being messy, inviting extra guests for parties or by stealing anything. 24h security in place. Damages to property, including linens, without letting us know, will automatically be charged an additional $100 service fee as soon as I find it.
