No soundproofing
Bad experience as the next room’s guests were having loud conversations from 2:30am to 5am. I called the reception but nil help. Sound proofing is really bad. Didn’t have a restful sleep.

Helt Ok hotell, bodde på 19:e våningen men var väldigt lyhört. Kunde höra mopederna från den vältrafikerade vägen långt nedanför. Frukost ingen höjdare men fungerade. Sängen ok men hårda kuddar.

Overall happy with the say in this hotel, very clean and any small issues like safe, towels has been dealt with faultlessly Breakfast is a huge selection so this is a big thumbs up. (just ask though about fish and nut allergy etc as no little cards to say so) Location even though not the closest to the centre but close enough to airport and places to see like Kota Tua, Ancor Dufan Park Monas so you do get to see a few sights. I would consider this as decent value too.

The rooms have ZERO sound proofing and the hotel seems to be used a lot by men seeking prostitutes. This happens at much more expensive hotels, but the walls are not soundproof at all and 3/4 nights that I stayed, the sounds were so loud that other people went and knocked on the persons door to ask them to be quiet. Even on the last night, I could literally hear the conversation between a child and his parents in the other room, quite unnerving.

This hotel is so far the best I've stayed at, the rooms are cleaner than in general, the only thing I might say that's negative is that you can hear your neighbors kinda easy if they are louder than normal but the friendliness of the staff is simply outstanding!, A special thanks to Cecep for making the stay 5+ :)
