Hôtel près de Jacksonville Mall (Jacksonville)

« Clean room & friendly staff. »

« Breakfast was good. »

« Clean, comfortable room. Both evening and morning attendants were attentive and efficient. Wifi was good. Laundry was practical. Breakfast was quite impressive: apart from the usual cereals, toast, and bagels, there was yogurt, fruit cocktail, omelettes, sausage patties, prepared breakfast sandwiches, and a waffle maker. »

« For the past 10 years on the week of October 23 I have stayed at the Candlewood Suites for one specific reason, the rooms have a stove top and full size fridge along with kitchen size sink! »

« Agreable »

« When I arrived the manager of the property was at the lockbox wear my keys were. He gave me an awesome greeting. The other people there made me a little nervous at first. But when I started talking to them I realized they were good people. If you are needing a place to stay for a good price I would recommend. »

« Shower was broken. Water damage and mold in bathroom. They were out of commodities like toothpaste or laundry detergent. Could not give me quarters for laundry. Found cockroach in my room. Otherwise, comfortable bed and nice 55" tv. »

« The worst hotel experience of my life. I’m 51 years old and I’ve traveled to many countries including developing countries and almost every state in the USA. »

« The hotel was overall very clean place. The only issue is the huge word buck that was under the pullout bed. I called the friendly staffer and she told me that they were native to the area and that when it rains, they come out it definitely startled me and it was very huge. Other than that she was extremely accommodating and also offered to kill it. The breakfast in the morning was not the worst, and they serve after the hour listed. The beds were comfortable in the area was clean and quiet. »

« Need to pay attention to more detail. Lights was never on in parking lot »

« The guy doing the maintenance was very very annoying...I couldn’t believe an hotel would employ a guy that would touch the customers cars and motorbikes and keeps annoying everyone... »

« Rooms were very clean and large. Staff was courteous and helpful. We had a great stay! »
