Convenient location with fenced in yard for the pups.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us traveling with two dogs. The location in convenient to Jax beach and Ponte Vedra.

Centrally located

Older home, renovated bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Easy drive to beach, Mayo Clinic and shopping. Quiet neighborhood and nice place to walk dogs.A few things need to be addressed to make this a better rental - as-is, the house is perfectly adequate.

Pleasant stay

Stayed during Milton and had no issues. We had a pleasant stay. The grill did not work so if you need that confirm they got a new one. Super clean. Pull the door when you try to lock it... would not always lock the first time. Patience is your best friend. I would definitely stay there again if I needed a place near Jacksonville Beach.

Not What It Seems

When we first got there we realized the front door knob was broken/loose. After going inside we noticed there were two dead, dried out roaches on the floor. The sweeper didn’t work. The bathroom door in the master bathroom wouldn’t stay shut. There’s a water spot on the ceiling in one of the spare bedrooms. After going outside there are wasps nests in the awning of the house. There are several busted bulbs on the string lights & one of the ceiling fans. There are several spots in the fence that are broken. The grass was overgrown & they came to mow it three days later with grass clippings in the pool. There hasn’t been landscaping done in some time. The fire pit has broken bricks & there are weeds growing up in it. The pool has a broken jet pipe. The pool filler has a hole in the hose & it was turned off. There are several broken toys by the pool that looked like a trash pile. One of the screens to the window was popped out. The tv in the backyard is damaged. The wooden cart in back was broke. I asked the night before if we could stay over for a couple hours due to the hurricane & they said no because there were others coming in which I understand. The next morning we were running behind because my kids with special needs were not cooperating. It was 11:20 & the cleaners were there. We were hurrying as fast as we could & then the mgmt company called & then the property owners called & said if we’d followed the rules & we didn’t have an excuse for being late. Simply mismanaged

Jacksonville Beach Pool House

This house was perfect for our girls trip getaway. The house is immaculate, pool was refreshing, and the beach is only a quick 5 minute drive. Highly recommend this house and location for your next friend/family getaway!

Don’t Bother

House was okay. Very musty smell. Pool was extremely dirty even after the “pool guy” came on the 4th day of our 5-day stay and was totally unusable. Pool filter was never on. Backyard not mowed. Someone knocked on the front door to inform us of a beehive with very agitated bees located in the eave not far from the door. Front door does not stay closed unless it is locked. Unfortunately, more cons than pros for this property. Needs major improvements.

Dog Friendly with nice size bedrooms

We visited Jacksonville to see my 93 year old mom. We had 6 adults and 2 dogs and found this house met all of our needs. It's older but well laid out and offerred comfort for everyone, including the dogs. It was winter so we didn't use the pool; but the back yard would be fun in summer. We had to cook, since everything was closed, and we were able to (though I brought one larg pan and pot and did have to use them). The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. A good rental property. If you do not have dogs, you may feel the house could be cleaner. But dog friendly houses are essential and we found this one great.

It is not what it appears to be

We were disappointed overall with our stay. We managed to make the best of things but the house and yard are not as pristine as pictured. We had a hard time working the lock on the door and finding all of the light switches. The kitchen was clean but covered with fruit flies in the sink and garbage can area. The house has a musty odor that clung to our clothes. The bedrooms seem clean but one fan make a ton of noise and couldn't be used. All of the garbage cans outside the house were full on our arrival. I took photos of this 2 days after we arrived. I called our host with some of these issues and he responded quickly but he never came to spray the flies like he said he would. I did a fair amount of cleaning the kitchen, washing dirty dishes etc. After all of the cleaning, we ate out. It looks nice in the photos but not so hot in person.

Very nice and comfortable

The house was really nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable… and that’s rare in a rental. Perfect for our family. Very true to the listing. Although they had a kiddie fence around the pool, and we had no kiddos with us, I’m sure the property manager would’ve removed it if we had asked. But we were only there for two days so it was ok. We have kids attending UNF so we will most likely book this place again when we go back.

Vacation Stay

The place was very clean and in a fair location. Upon checking in the pool was green since it was the weekend it took a few days to fix so that we could enjoy it. The outside pictures were a bit deceiving.

Don’t Listen To The Other Reviews!

We were under the impression after reading other’s reviews that our stay would be a five-star one. Unfortunately it wasn’t. This is supposedly a dog friendly house yet the grass is taller than our dogs themselves! The house is not completely clean, we found fingernails! There were beach chairs, etc. yet we couldn’t use them! The garage is also restricted for no reason. The fan in one of the bedrooms was also not working and extremely noisy, like it was about to fall out of the ceiling. Maybe we were just unlucky but this stay was definitely not deserving of five-stars. The pool was the only good thing this place has.

Property just as pictured

Our stay was so wonderful!! The property was just as described, actually it was even better! Clean, spacious, awesome location and we even met some wonderful neighbors while out strolling. The host’s welcomed us with a cute little basket of snacks and water! There is also a laundry basket at each bed room which is such a useful thing for guests! Thank you so much for such an amazing stay!! We will be back!
