Excellent Home

Listing was accurate and property was incredibly clean. Walking around barefoot in the house my feet did not come back black which is incredibly common in other places we have stayed. Pool was also clean. Backyard was nice with great seating options. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Check in process was easy. I would definitely recommend this house and we will stay here again in the future.

Great family vacation

Property was clean and just as described. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. We were able to walk to the beach and bring our dog. We al had a great stay!

Spring Break

Good location not too far from the beach. Grandkids had fun at the beach. Place was nice and clean neighborhood was quiet.

FLETC GRADUATION

My son was in training at FLETC in Georgia. Me, my husband and kids came down for the graduation. The house was exactly as shown and extremely clean. Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this property.

Jax Pool House

The house itself was very clean and enjoyable. Easy walk to the beach. The twin beds were a trundle bed, and the extra bed in the room with a king size bed was a fold up mattress for the floor. The kitchen had only a paring knife, four forks, and warped fry pan. My big disappointment was the back yard. The pool was very nice, but the yard needs a major weeding and cleanup. There were weeds all around the outdoor table. The planters were completely overgrown. The pots around the pool contained dead flowers. Just not enjoyable to sit outside. The pool is cleaned weekly. The yard needs the same care.

Convenient location, good features

Family of 5 stayed for spring break last week of March. Pros: location - Walked to Jax Beach often, easy to do. Also a very short drive to Neptune and Atlantic Beach areas. Very easy to get around town and to surrounding area. Quiet neighborhood and lots of restaurants nearby. Kitchen/Living room - very nice set up, lots of room for us to spread out. House is easy to navigate. Host - always prompt with help, easy to work with. Cons: While the pool is a very nice feature, the backyard is in need of work. Overgrown with weeds. With a little additional work, it can be great. Also inside there are a few areas in need of paint and repairs. Again, a little bit of TLC and this whole place can be excellent. The reference to "sleeps 10" is a stretch unless you've got small kids who can sleep 2 to a twin mattress. Otherwise I'd say 6-7 people total can sleep.

Excellent Location

We were only a few minutes away from the beach (by golfcart) The house had everything we needed. It was cozy and comfortable and perfect! We had our dogs with us and they loved the backyard. The area is quiet but grocery, restaurants and everything you need is nearby. We had a wonderful holiday.

Family visit

This property appears to be in progress of a remodel. Vents are coming out of ceiling, painting needs to be finished. The yards need a lot of work. It’s nut an easy walk to the beach. I would recommend a tv in all bedrooms.

Close to beach, quiet neighborhood

My husband and I rented the house to share with my parents for my Dad’s 80th birthday. We drove and had our dogs with us. The house was quite clean and the beds were comfortable. The backyard was a nice place to spend the days and evenings. The polywood Adirondack chairs are very comfortable and solid. It was a good space for our dogs ( a golden and an Aussie ) to roam around as well. The Solostove fire pit was an added bonus and so pleasant to sit around at night. ( we’re now ordering one for us at home ) The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking and the outdoor grill is also a nice option. We walked to the beach several times with our dogs and all shopping needs and restaurants are close. Overall, it’s a cozy space. We cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the property management. They were always quick to take action and respond to questions.

Beach stay

Prime location right by the ocean. The pool was a great addition for the beautiful Florida nights. Definitely would use them even if not for this particular house. The property manager was very helpful.

Charming cottage with a great pool!

My husband and I travel to Jacksonville twice a year fir a week or more. We decided that we wanted to stay in a house so we would have space to work and relax. We enjoyed our stay. Tge house is very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and has pretty much anything you need . The pool and back yard are wonderful and we enjoyed early mornings and evincing on the pool and sitting outside. The house is only a ten minute walk from the beach- easy access! We will stay here again!

Relaxation at its finest

If anyone is looking for a beautiful home that is literally a 3 minute drive from the beach, then this is THE PLACE. The first night we cooked, enjoyed the home and the beach! Everything was very convenient! We loved the comfort of being in a home versus a hotel, and this home, alleviates the stress of having someone come into your room. It is very high tech with new appliances. The neighbors are friendly. And the home overall was cozy. A great day for Jacksonville Florida Beach!

House was good

Overall the house was 8/10 for me. Great location of you wanna be CLOSE to the beach but not on it. Private pool is awesome. My only complaint is the sand spurs in the back yard. They were all over everything!

Almost as great as it sounds

This is a cute property with a beachy vibe located about 10 minutes from Jax Beach in a mixed neighborhood (some renovated properties in great shape, others a bit rough around the edges). The common areas have been recently renovated with a new kitchen, new appliances, large island with 4 stools and dining table that could seat 8-10. The pool is very clean and well maintained. We were a party of 7 and expected comfortable sleeping options for everyone (given the fact that the listing says 10 people can stay here). This property sleeps 6 comfortably, a double mattress on the floor in the living room for our 7th, but no extra bedding. We asked for sheets/comforter for the mattress and quickly received sheets/pillowcases but no comforter or blankets. We used the throws from one of the beds and couch to make up the bed. There were 4 beach towels, but extras came upon request. There was no propane for the BBQ so we were asked to buy some and get refunded. The backyard is spacious but needs some care - broken planters, very old wooden chaises, weeds, rusty tables, 3 empty propane tanks... The house was very clean except the frying pan with dried egg all over it in the cupboard and the wine glasses with lipstick stains. This property would be a great place for 6 people to stay if there was just a little more attention to the things that would be expected for the price - quality bedding/towels, a BBQ ready to go, a tidy backyard, and kitchen gear that is clean and of a reasonable quality. We had a great time in Jax Beach but it could have been even better.

Great Get Away Minutes from Beach

I rented during the month of February 2023 and it was perfect. The property management was very responsive when I had questions and even came to the house to ensure all was good. The house is in perfect location in JAX Beach and having a private pool makes it even better. I highly recommend!
