'This is the classic case where the house is good but the surroundings are not. The pool was heated and provided a few hours of fun for the kids. 'No one ever answered me and it was impossible to stay there because I never had access. Including Expidia and I was stranded all day with children without having anywhere to spend the night and talking to an Expidia representative for more than four hours.'
