The owner was prompt with communication and check-in. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed for cooking meals and appliances were fantastic! The proximity to Yellowstone was great as well. We get a VRBO every year for vacation. This was our kids’ favorite.

A Perfect Stay Near Yellowstone!We had an amazing experience at this beautiful home in Island Park. The view overlooking Yellowstone National Forest was absolutely stunning and added a peaceful charm to our stay. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home.Our kids especially loved the foosball table and the hot tub—it kept them entertained and relaxed after long days of exploring. The outdoor fireplace and seating area were a highlight for us all, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars.Another big plus was how convenient it was to get groceries and sundries nearby, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free.I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Yellowstone. PERFECT Island Park Getaway!!!

We can not begin to say enough good things about our stay at Jeff’s place!!! The location was absolutely perfect to explore Billings, Bozeman, and West Yellowstone. Snowmobile riding was definitely a favorite activity of our crew. The scenery from the house was gorgeous-the snow was perfect!!! Jeff was THE best host ever!!! He gave us lots of recommendations and helped us out tremendously with situations that came up since we were quite out of our Georgia element, lol. The house was stocked above and beyond with everything we needed-everything was absolutely perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we get back up here!!!

Absolutely wonderful home!

Great location, close to West Yellowstone, very quiet and serene. We were a group of 5 adults who used this location as a base for visiting Yellowstone and the Grand Teton National parks. Very close to West Yellowstone where there were an abundance of restaurants. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The area was gorgeous and relaxing after spending a day in the parks. Highly recommend this home.

Luxury home near Yellowstone

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The views from the dining area are beautiful. The beds were so comfortable, it really did feel like a luxury to be there. Our grandkids enjoyed the large yard and it was convenient for day trips to Yellowstone. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay!

The property was amazingly well kept and stocked! The kids really loved the bunk bed room with fooseball table and tv! The bunk beds were very spacious for them! We also enjoyed having group meals on the very large beautiful expansive table and look out to the scenery! Kitchen was also very well stocked! We loved being there and it was truly a wonderful retreat away!

Peace and relaxation

House was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Check in was super easy. Host reached out before check out for feedback. There was 7 of us and this house made it very easy to have our own space. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals. House is about 15-20 minutes from the West entrance of Yellowstone and Mesa falls is within 30 minutes. Also about an hour or so from Driggs,ID which is a super cute town and you can see The Grand Tetons from there. The only thing I would caution on is the road coming up to the house. It’s dirt so roughness expected. Very large potholes. We called it the obstacle course. If you go slow it’s fine, you can dodge most of them. Overall it was great! I would stay here again.

35th Anniversary getaway

This beautiful place did Not disappoint! It was just as shown in the pictures. Everything was cleaned to perfection, fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. The views in the morning on both sides while drinking coffee by the fireplace were a favorite. Jeff checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The first night of travel, we were pleasantly impressed by how comfortable the bed was, we even asked what style so we could purchase one for ourselves. We headed to Yellowstone every day which was about a 35 minute drive. We really appreciated the coolers that he had for packing our lunches. We really hope to return one day and would love to bring our family. Thanks for sharing this beautiful place!

Yellowstone adventure

Our stay at your property was great! It was everything we needed with the five adults in our group. The house was very spacious and comfortable. Just two small things you might need to check on. We could not get the shower in the bathroom next to the kitchen to work. I'm sure its something simple and that will be resolved. Also we had a small visitor one morning. A mouse! I thought we had it when it hid behind the waste paper basket in the kitchen but it got away! It did not have any affect on our stay but i know how some people feel about these kind of things and where there is one there usually is more. Other than that we had a great time and i would highly recomend your property.

Great summer vacation home for our family.

Great attention to details made for a very pleasant stay. We ate most of our meals on the property and found the kitchen to be well stocked. Towels were large and soft. The provided nite lights were helpful and the infant Pak and Play was perfect. It was very family friendly with foosball table, games, and puzzles for the kids. The den for the kids and living room for adults worked out perfectly and we’re spacious. Property manager (Jeff) was responsive and helpful with suggestions for the area. Lots of pleasant bike riding right from the property.

Great Yellowstone home base

This place was perfect for our two families (total of 10 people) visiting Yellowstone. Our host really went over and above in regard to having extra amenities such as an array of Keurig coffee pods for the machine, lots of extra towels, bear spray to carry (which we fortunately didn’t have to use!), as well as good advice on some of the local restaurants, grocery, and things to do in Yellowstone. The property is just the right amount rustic and modern. Would definitely recommend this for visiting the park. Without staying in the park, it is a good compromise for visiting the north and south parts of the park, entering at the West entrance. That entrance is still 20-25 minutes from the property, but seemed better for the price than lower quality options that were closer. Overall, a great place and experience.

Yellowstone Park “get-away”

The home is beautiful. Best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed at. Beautiful views all around and only 30 minutes to West Yellowstone gate entrance. Island Park is quiet, has its own recreational activities.

Great location and amazing house!

The Island Time Cabin was a perfect location for our family of seven that spanned three generations to explore the local area as well as Yellowstone and Grand Tetons national park. The house had everything you could need to cook great meals, the towels and linens on the beds were all very nice quality, there was more than the just the basic amenities at the house, shampoo and body wash in all the showers, as well as plenty of spices and the basics in the kitchen which was very nice. The house is very new and everything worked as expected. The views from the house out to the mountains were amazing. We had a few elk visit one morning just outside so it was fun to watch them graze so close the house. Jeff had mentioned for us to do our big grocery shop when we landed in Bozeman, and that was a great recommendation as the selection was much better up there than at the local small grocery store right in Island Park. A few notable things that we did during our stay other than the national parks would be: - renting ATVs from Island Park Rentals and cruising up Satellite Mt. - Rodeo night at the Meadow Vue Ranch - hiking coffee pot falls trail and wading in the river - relaxing a couple times at Cafe Sabor just down the street - Getting ice cream at the Dippin Sticks ice cream Trailer - An afternoon at Henry’s lake Jeff’s house was amazing and he was VERY responsive by text for anything we had a question about. Thanks Jeff for being such a great host!

Wonderful Yellowstone trip

Stayed here while visiting Yellowstone and Grand Teton National parks. Our family had a lovely time. There is tons of room to spread out. I especially enjoyed the view from the living room/dining room. There you can watch the clouds move across the mountains. The house is well stocked. We used the cooler for our packed lunches to take on our adventures. Jeff was very helpful before and during the trip!

Well located & would recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Home is new, well maintained, & stocked with what you need. Stayed here with family; a few little ones & several teens. Open plan allowing all to still be together with space to relax. Bunk room was great for those that needed another area. Fantastic to be able to snow mobile right out your door. Owner, Jeff was great & super responsive & genuinely interested in a great experience.
