'When we arrived around 5pm noone was there to check us in. We then booked another property as we had no other choice. About and hour or so later, got email through expedia with self check in options. Now we ended up paying for 2 rooms. '

'We were very lucky with an incredible butler at The Villages in Timothy who took care of everything during our stay allowing us to relax. However, we were very disappointed in the water park not being open due to low water and none of the hot tubs working. We selected the resort for the water park. The location and view is paradise imagined and the resort is wonderfully designed. However, for the price per night I would expect the food to be better and for the place to have better up keep. '
