'We recently stayed at this property and had an uncomfortable experience after checkout. The host charged us a fee for alleged damage to the bedding, claiming it was caused by mosquito repellent. While we understand that policies exist, we respectfully disagreed with the charge. What concerned us most was that the only photo initially provided as “evidence” was later clarified to be taken in a different room (the laundry room), not the actual room we stayed in.
