'Wonderful stay. Great location and views. Villa was very clean and well kept. Lake Iseo is much more calm and quiet than the other lakes in the area. It was the perfect staging area to explore the rest of the area.'

'We had a great stay at Andrea & Nadia’s place. The house is very spacious, offers multiple rooms and areas to relax and a fabulous view of the lake and surroundings.'

'Wij waren met 2 volwassenen en 2 volwassen kinderen. Deze locatie was sfeervol, ruim en lag perfect om de hele omgeving te kunnen bezoeken zonder gebruik te hoeven maken van de auto. Haventje lag op 3, bakker&winkel op 2 en het treinstation op 10 minuten lopen. Directe verbindingen met Monte Isola, de dorpjes rondom het meer en Brescia. Maar het huis zelf was ook een belevenis op zich. We hadden beneden een hele mooie patio, een overdekte buitenkeuken waar we elke avond spelletjes hebben...

'Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning. Het is een zeer ruim huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Een prachtig zwembad en een heerlijke tuin om van te genieten. Wij hebben met 6 personen en 1 kind een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het vakantiehuis ligt centraal gelegen en dicht bij de snelweg. Het mooie stadje Iseo ligt op 15 minuten rijden. Hier zijn leuke restaurantjes waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Maar ook het Gardameer waar je pittoreske stadjes vind is goed te doen...

'Nos encantó la casa. Viajamos 10 en familia y la casa fue muy cómoda y amplia para todos. El entorno es precioso y desde allí pudimos visitar sitios como Milán, Bérgamo o Verona. Maurizio fue muy amable y la comunicación con él fue muy fácil.'

'Our family of 6 adults stayed at Villa Mari Aurelia Dec 4-7 on our way from Florence to Milan. Christina and her son, Elia, were fantastic hosts. Communication before and during our visit was prompt and very helpful. We took advantage of their recommendation to visit Monte Isola, a 5 min walk and ferry ride from the house. This was a highlight of our short stay. This was a lovely home and would be an amazing place to stay in the summer months with the pool and summer activities. Everything was...

'Anna, is a star!!! Helped us so much before, during and after our stay. Went so far as to get up early on Sunday morning herself to make 2 trips to take us to the train station because she is just that nice person who was happy to do it. A lovely person all around. The villa is so neat and spacious my wife and 3 teenagers had plenty of room to spread out relax and feel and home and get straight into the lake life. From the Villa we could walk to everything you needed to see all of the Lake.'

'Excellent house with plenty of space inside and outside. Very nice swimming pool. The house looks new and is very well maintained and very clean. We stayed with 6 adults and had enough living space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view on the lake Garda is astonishing. The owners live next door and are extremely friendly and helpful.'

'Villa Montagne e Lago is a fantastic villa in a beautiful location. Stunning vues across the lake from the garden/pool area. Very clean and well equiped, would comfortably sleep 6 people. You definately need a car to be able to explore the surrounding area, 1.5 miles from nearest main road up a very steep winding road. Would definatley recommend, perfect place for a family holiday!'

"Fijn hotel, wel wat verouderd. Vooral de badkamer, je moet in het bad klimmen om te douchen. Geen lift. Ruime kamer. Receptionistes zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Personeel tijdens ontbijt keek erg boos, en was niet vriendelijk, alles leek teveel, geen enkele glimlach. Jammer. Zwembad en bedden bij zwembad zijn prima. 15 minuten bergafwaarts lopen naar de dorpje. Terug lopen is niet te doen, erg omhoog met haarspeldbochten. Er rijdt maar 1 taxi en als die geen zin heeft rijdt hij niet. Jammer dat het hotel geen faciliteiten hiervoor heeft. "
