Das Wohnzimmer in der Höhle und die grosse Terrasse sind einzigartig, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Das Haus von Federico ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mit der Umgebung waren wir phasenweise nicht zufrieden: vom benachbarten Hotel und den Strandhotels wird man beschallt, wer Ruhe sucht, ist nicht gut bedient. 'Nous avons tout aimé ! Le personnels est ultra sympathique et se plie en 4 pour que votre séjour soit au top ! Très très agréable avec les enfants ! Le logement est au top , super équipe , un jacuzzi par logement , un coin embrace personnel , piscine .. enfin tout .. et pour finir une vue magnifique ! On y retournera ..c est le meilleur endroit de nos 15 jours de balade en Italie !!!'

'Comfortable apartment and great beach location. Restaurants at your doorstep, close to mini market and 10 minutes walk to bus stop. You can walk to Forio in 20 minutes along the foreshore. '

'Could do with a complete refurbish. Two rooms had no hot water. Toilet seats missing . Some bathrooms had black mould and needs resealing . Could not cook as cooking equipment dated not even a sharp knife to cut melon. Only three teaspoons . We had seven children . We did not eat in once. The barbecue was dirty dated and not useable. We paid €10 for bedding and towels each person . Most towels ok, two bedrooms had old towels I would use as dog towels. One couple left after one week as they could...

'Our stay at this sweet fisherman’s cottage on the beautiful island of Ischia was lovely. Situated right on the small-kid-friendly beach of Spiaggia dei Pescatori, the cottage was quaint and authentic — full of character and charm. It was exactly what we needed for a peaceful family getaway, and a perfect staging point to explore the island. 'We (my husband, me and 16 year old son) had a brilliant time at Sea Wind house. It felt like a real home from home with everything we needed in a wonderful location. Clara was very helpful and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property if you are thinking of coming to Forio. '

'Die unterkunft befindet sich auf 2 Ebenen. Unten Küche-/ wohnraum , oben 1 bett und das badezimmer. Bei dem badezimmer ist eine badewanne dabei ( das duschen ist nicht so einfach da hinstellen nicht funktioniert. Die wand ist nicht hoch genug gefliest oder man flutet den boden. Unten leider nur 1 schlafsofa . Die Unterkunft ist bis 6 personen angeben. Wir waren 4 und es war alles voll. Einige mängel die hoffentlich behoben werden . Grosses minus es gibt kein wlan und der Empfang ist semi gut...

He is a great ambassador to this island. He knows the right people and the right places for dining suggestions.
