'Not clean, very dirty rooms'

'Location was very convenient especially if you want to shop at the Walden Galleria Mall. Hotel was quiet. Plenty of parking. Very friendly staff!!!'

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'Very good hotel close to shopping and food area'

'We rented a room with a jacuzzi the thing sounded like the motor was about to seize up we were afraid of being electricuted if we used it I tried to report it to staff in hopes that they would give us a different room but they just said they would turn in a maintenance sheet for it the tree outside of our exit door was burning mulch under it had to get staff to dump water on it to prevent a fire our check in time was a 4pm we waited in the parking lot almost an hour for them to finish cleaning...
