'I stayed here once before and in my memory I was pretty happy back then. The room that I had now was not in a good condition, dirty walls that needed painting and also the furniture was dirty and have a lot of stains. Also housekeeping could do a better job as it was far from spotless. Breakfast looked nice but not much healthy options. They do offer laundry service, but it is crazy expensive (more expensive than most five star hotels). Based on this stay, I will not return!'

'Stayed here for one night. Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent location - a five minute walk to the trains, buses and shops. Parking was out the front. Very quiet too. Grace, our host was amazing! 81 and still loving life and enjoying interactions with her guests. Rate was very reasonable. Will definitely stay here again when I'm next in Sydney.'
