The Space:

A comfortable single-story home that sleeps a full group without anyone feeling on top of each other.



The living room centers on a Roku TV and a wood-burning fireplace; the kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker.



Out back is the draw: a private pool (5 to 6 feet deep), a fire pit for cooler evenings, a BBQ grill, and lounge seating with sun loungers.

Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and closet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with dresser.

Bedroom 3: Queen bunk beds, good for kids or extra guests.

Bedroom 4: Daybed, a quiet spot for reading or an extra sleeper.



Bathrooms: 2 full baths, stocked with towels and essentials.



Kitchen: full-size appliances, cookware, coffee maker.

Laundry: in-unit washer and dryer.

Good to know



The pool area is not fenced, so children should be supervised. The BBQ runs on charcoal, so bring your own. The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



Pool heating is $60/day with 24 hours' notice (capped $1,000/month, max 82F).



The HOA does not allow street parking, max 4 vehicles in the driveway; street parking risks a $200+ fine and towing.



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. Early/late checkout by 2 hours is $75 when available.
