Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, the private hot tub, and parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that garage and street parking is not permitted.



The Neighborhood:

This stunning property puts you right in the heart of North Lake Tahoe's vibrant summer scene. Spend your days boating and paddleboarding in the crystal-clear waters of Kings Beach or Speedboat Beach. For sweeping panoramic views of "Big Blue," take a hike up the Stateline Lookout trail , or tackle the iconic ridge-line riding of the Flume Trail if you love mountain biking.

In the evenings, you can head over to Tahoe City for free outdoor concerts at Commons Beach, or simply enjoy a quiet stroll through the scenic, pine-filled neighborhood surrounding the home.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring all the beaches, state parks, and trailheads around Lake Tahoe. Please note that public beach parking lots tend to fill up very early in the summer, so plan your morning departures accordingly.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that the hot tub is always serviced in between stays and may not be up to temperature for the first night.



Please note there are security cameras located around the exterior of the property except for the hot tub.
