'Cleanliness Needs Major Improvement It would have been a much better experience if we had not been greeted by cockroaches when we checked in. Unfortunately, the place appears to have a serious cockroach infestation and needs a very thorough cleaning and pest treatment. The only consolation was the excellent communication and customer service. The staff were responsive, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with, which we really appreciated. 'Kitchen not working we told them but they didn't do anything about it. Tv says Netflix but nothing working. Toilet seat is loose. Wifi worked good after i reset the modem. Bed is good and there is not a lot of noise even though it's close to the airport.'

'For $700 a month....it wasn't worth it at all. Building was very old, the constant battle with cockroaches was redundant, construction outside was annoying, apartment doesn't match pics,and even after giving the co host 2500php(deposit plus extra), she still hounded me for the 45php for water delivery.'
