'This home was perfect for our family - it is on a quiet street and is convenient to all of our favorite STL spots. We also appreciated being able to walk to a local coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is a classic Dogtown home but with nice updates. The living space was open and functional for our family. Finally, we appreciated Tommy’s responsiveness. My only caveat would be that if mobility is an issue or if you have small kids to bathe, the small bathrooms could be hard to navigate...

'The house was exactly what we were looking for - comfortable, safe, and just plain relaxing! The hosts are so kind as to keep the kitchen nicely stocked with not only cookware and dishes, but also a huge supply of spices and things like butter, sugar, coffee, jelly, salad dressings, etc. They also left out a variety of snacks for us to enjoy and that was just a huge help to us! Also, we had a special request and the hosts were fantastic about communicating their ability to accommodate our needs....

There is an AC unit there and in the middle area like the ones that we found to be popular in Japan. It works incredibly well, especially since the renovations included excellent insulation. 'The Nest is a super cute place! Everything was clean, beds were comfy, host is super responsive and helpful. Beautiful inner city neighborhood close to Benton Park. I'll definitely keep this place in mind the next time I want to spend a weekend in St. Louis.'

'Visited St. Louis to celebrate our daughter’s birthday with friends and family. This house was perfect for our small family, and had plenty of space to let our little one run around and play. The crib was an added bonus, as we didn’t need to travel with a pack and play. The property was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped to cook a few meals during our stay. Location is wonderful! Only a few blocks to Tower Grove Park for a daily walk, with coffee shops on the way. Would definitely stay here...
