'After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...

'The accommodation was within walking distance of all we wanted to see & go to. It was the middle of winter, yet in our room, we were very comfortable & warm. We didn’t feel the cold whatsoever. Very clean & had all we needed for our two-day stay in Kiama.'

'The property is lovely! The rooms are decorated nicely and the bathrooms are so nice and modern. The carpet in our room needing a good clean with some stains. My only complaint was I had asked the hotel staff over the phone if I needed to book the restaurant for Friday night and I got told there were plenty of tables and no need to book. But when we arrived and wanted to sit inside there were no tables available, they had all been booked. It was a little cool so we didn’t want to sit outside....

'The property is extremely well maintained and provides great value for money. The cleanliness was impressive as were the beds and pillows and easy parking. The complimentary breakfast to take to your room was welcome. Overall, would recommend this motel.'
